Nebraska “RINO” Heads To SC

Published

on

We wrote recently about U.S. Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) attending a meeting of establishment GOP donors in Charleston, S.C. this month – part of his efforts to test the 2016 presidential waters in the “First in the South” primary state.

Turns out he’s not the only one who will be in attendance …

Joining King at GOP gadfly Mallory Factor’s monthly hot air-fest will be U.S. Rep. Lee Terry (RINO-Nebraska), who is reportedly scheduled to address the meeting “on why American manufacturing isn’t dead.”

Hmmmm …

Like King, the fiscally liberal Terry was on the wrong side of a critical vote last month to de-fund a major portion of U.S. President Barack Obama’s domestic spying network. He was also a lead sponsor of the so-called “Stop Online Piracy Act,” which amounted to a “kill switch” on Americans’ internet freedom.

Translation? He’s not really a Republican … he’s a big government-backing crony capitalist who supports the ongoing erosion of some of our most fundamental liberties.

Anyway … welcome to South Carolina, dude. We’re sure you will fit right in with the Palmetto State’s left-leaning “Republican” establishment.

Speaking of, S.C. Lt. Gov. Glenn McConnell (RINO-Charleston) will also address factor’s group on August 26, providing “an update from Columbia.”

Gripping stuff, people. Gripping stuff …
