A “MODEL” MARKETER …
It rarely happens, but every so often we get schooled. And you know what? It’s good for us to admit that. Builds character, right?
Anyway back in February we ran a post on a particular infrastructure project up in Greenville, S.C. – raising some legitimate questions about the mechanics of local road project prioritization and approval.
As it turned out there were some exceedingly valid counterpoints to our column, and a young digital marketing/ social media professional from Greenville drafted a pitch-perfect rebuttal to our piece that made those points – adeptly, eloquently and politely.
Seriously, people .. this letter dropped the bomb on us.
Its author? Leslie Haas.
We met Leslie briefly at a Leadership Greenville gathering in Columbia, S.C. earlier this year, and have enjoyed getting to know her a little bit over the intervening months. To say we’re impressed would be an understatement. She’s brilliant, bold, beautiful, badass and yes, built like a brick barnyard. In one of the state’s up-and-coming urban epicenters, she’s a budding renaissance woman – a gifted communicator, marketer and strategist who provides her clients with inventive, money-making advice.
She’s even offered us some thoughts on our little new media operation and suggested some ideas on how we can take FITSNews to the next level.

And yes … as the above images (and her train smoke hot bikini cover shot) capably attest, Leslie enjoys doing some modeling in her spare time. In fact, she even agrees upon occasion to model some of her clients’ products.
Leslie’s jaw-dropping bikini pic was reportedly a “test shot” for a company advertising a new line of wireless earbuds.
Wait … did we miss the earbuds in the pic?
Hmmm … if we’re lucky, maybe we’ll get another sneak peek from that photo shoot.
Want to see more of Leslie in the meantime? Her social media platform of choice is Instagram. So be sure to follow her there … and be sure to send us your recommendations for our next installment of #FITSFollowFriday, where we commend our favorite social media voices to your attention.
