Columnist Brian Hicks at The (Charleston, S.C.) Post and Courier beat us to the punch on this story, but there was an absolutely hilarious item in the, um, “conspiracy media” this week about an aborted nuclear attack on Charleston, S.C.
The instigator of this alleged aggression? Barack Obama.
According to a cached version of The European Union Times (which sounds like it should be a serious website) a military cable at the Kremlin uncovered evidence of the fallout from Obama’s nefarious “false flag” plan.
“President Barack Obama, while in a rage, ousted four of the United States top ranking military officers after they refused to detonate a nuclear device “in/near” Charleston, South Carolina this past week and, instead, exploded it off the Atlantic Coast,” the report stated.
That would sure have put a damper on the city’s tourism economy, wouldn’t it?
So … who are the four commanders?
“US Navy Vice Admiral Tim Giardina and US Air Force Major General Michael Carey, and two of the US Marines top officers, Major General Charles M. Gurganus and Major General Gregg A. Sturdevant,” the report claimed.
Hmmmm …
According to ABC News, Giardina lost his job as a result of an investigation into “his suspected use of counterfeit gambling chips in a poker game at a western Iowa casino.”
Huh? Okay …
Meanwhile Carey was canned for “behavior during a temporary duty assignment,” according to the UK Daily Mirror.
Gurganus and Sturdevant? According to the Associated Press they were fired for “failing to secure a base in Afghanistan against a Taliban attack that killed two Marines” back in September 2012.
It’s worth noting that with the exception of Giardina, all of these dismissals were reported publicly prior to the date of the alleged nuclear explosion – October 8.
Anyway, this story is obviously every bit as ridiculous as U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham’s contention that radical Muslims were going to nuke Charleston in the event the United States didn’t invade Syria.
They weren’t … and aren’t.
And while the military industrial complex is incredibly desperate these days, we don’t think its leaders are trying to nuke Charleston either.

Graham never said radical Muslims were going to nuke Charleston. That is typical Sic Willie hyperbole. Graham was merely making a case for Iran not being allowed to have a nuclear program. He was postulating a delivery method that could be used to transport a nuclear device to the US and Charleston was one of the harbor examples used.
I have long said that if it ever happens, that will be the delivery method, a container ship. It wouldn’t even require anyone on the ship to know of its presence. A cell phone detonator. And long before custom checks the cargo, even before the ship is berthed …
There is no way I would live in any seaport city, but I would expect Port of New York or Long Beach, CA long before Charleston.

I don’t know “for sure” but this is what I have heard:
There is some evidence that a 4.5 mag disturbance was monitored 620 miles off the SC coast on Oct 8th about 6 miles below surface. This is NO joke. Russia’s military also monitored it. You can also research it. They know the diff between an earthquake and an explosion. This was no earthquake. The military had to get rid of the “evidence”. So they scuttled it and detonated it. Obama was in a rage when he found out. U.S. Military brass began losing their ranks and positions. About 60 percent of the military are now “alert” as to what he is doing – especially because of his little question -“Would you kill American citizens if ordered?”. An Air Force general in charge of our nuclear arsenal was also sacked. You may notice many military personnel not too thrilled about this and Obama and many officers are also being mysteriously ‘dismissed’ for frivolous reasons lately.
Alex jones caught them on 3 sep. after L graham warned of a nuclear blast on the same day. Obama stopped it. It was a neocon effort and the CA and AZ senators were in on it. Snopes says it is a false rumor so, big deal, has anyone from Snopes been out there where it happened and snapped some photos or took some geiger counter readings? The fact is; at 1:58am 8 October 2013 a single seismic tremor registering 4.5 on the scale at the USGS says something happened all at once 600 miles off the coast of the Carolinas. They even have the location of the epicenter.

All of this seemed weird and way over the top to me at first. Then I checked the USGS report for 8 October 2013/0158. It shows a 4.5 Magnitude shock off the Carolinas around 600 miles.
Also; Tom Clancy died on the first of October of some mysterious illness. It would make sense that a top military leader would confide in Clancy since a junior officer could suck up to Obama out of ambition and disclose any attempts to do this sort of thing.
Someone should go out there where the shock happened with a Geiger counter and Camera and have a look. The USGS has the coordinates. If some nuke was set off there the sand should be fused to glass and there should still be some radioactivity that would show where the nuke came from.
