“As noted in our previous coverage, probate judges are the only judges in South Carolina elected by the people.” Therefore, and obviously, we should elect all judges! And as USC’s law school, and the failed “for-profit” law school in Charleston suck, we don’t need no stinkin’ lawyers either!” We is dumb! It is a great day in South Carolina!

The fact that someone can be named a judge without any law degree whatsoever is more than troubling. Surely, by now, there are enough lawyers in SC that someone, somewhere who isn’t too busy stealing from their clients could run for a probate judgeship.

I know for a fact the probate judge in Darlington SC is dirty as can be and has been for many, many years.
