EMPLOYEES AT CORPORATE CRONY KINGPIN BUSTED ON TAX EVASION CHARGES …

South Carolina taxpayers have doled out more than $1 billion in “economic development” incentives to Boeing.  Apparently it wasn’t enough, though.

How do we know that?

According to reporters Dave Munday and David Wren of The (Charleston, S.C.) Post and Courier, eleven employees at Boeing’s North Charleston, S.C. facility have been busted by the S.C. Department of Revenue (SCDOR) on tax evasion charges.

More arrests at the company are imminent, the paper reported.  How many more arrests?

“Dozens,” a source close to the investigation told us.

Wow … Boeing has suspended the first eleven people arrested in connection with this scam.  Will it suspend the “dozens” yet to be popped?

We shall see …

It’s been a bad stretch of late for the king of corporate cronies … with mass layoffs and more mechanical problems with its planes.

As far as we’re concerned, it couldn’t have happened to a nicer group of people.

Seriously … this is the company that threatened to cut jobs if the federal government didn’t keep doling out taxpayer-subsidized goodies.  And then cut them anyway even though the government caved to the threats.

Speaking of state income tax evasion, did all of you fill out Line 26 on your SC1040 this year? If you cheated on your Use Tax, you are no better than the Boeing cheaters. I’m looking at you, Will.

Tom is the paladin defender of government confiscation. So in his mind, everyone needs to be reminded over and over again.

Someone pointing a gun and taking $100 from you is different from government doing the same thing is Tom’s world.

You’re protecting yourself if it’s a mugger and you hide your money, you’re a cheat if it’s the government.

Is this Tax evasion personal or Corporate?

Its personal but you didn’t really expect Folks to make that clear did you? He can’t mess up his narrative with facts.

You don’t find the fact it was all people associated with Boeing, under the same violation, as an indicator that Boeing or it’s policies might have encouraged such a practice?

I gave up on windows 10 – went back to 7. I’ll wait until they get the bugs out before I try again…. they seem to have problems with cache enhancers and ASUS motherboards.

Windows 7 is solid like XP was.

Only in South Carolina
The name of one of those arrested is ….. are you ready? MIRANDA RIGHTS. No. I am not saying they read her her miranda rights, but hopefully they did. Her actual name is Miranda Rights.

Detective Sergeant Joseph “Joe” Friday knew her well.
