|| By FITSNEWS || Bristol Palin – the daughter of former Alaska governor and 2008 “Republican” vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin – is pregnant.
The 24-year-old – who has appeared on Dancing With The Stars, on her mother’s reality television show, and who briefly had her own reality television show – made the announcement on Patheos.com.
“I wanted you guys to be the first to know I’m pregnant,” Palin wrote.
Apparently it’s not the ideal situation, though …
“Honestly, I’ve been trying my hardest to keep my chin up on this one,” she wrote. “At the end of the day there’s nothing I can’t do with God by my side, and I know I am fully capable of handling anything that is put in front of me with dignity and grace.”
Palin also wrote that the news “has been, and will be, a huge disappointment to my family, to my close friends, and to many of you.”
Last month, Sarah Palin announced that her daughter’s engagement to former Marine and congressional Medal of Honor recipient Dakota Meyer had been called off. Shortly after the 2008 presidential campaign, Bristol Palin – then 18 – gave birth to her first son, Tripp Johnston.
Palin and Tripp’s father – Levi Johnston – were engaged twice but never married.

That trips me out! A friend of mine was taken to court (Richland Co) many years ago( before DNA) to start paying child support for a boy six years old. The mother testified under oath that she, my friend, and two other guys had a wild party. She had sex with all of them all-night-long! My friend was guilty and forced to pay. Although this happened long before he met and married his current wife, she flipped out and bitched at him until they got a divorce.
