COLUMBIA, S.C. (April 4, 2013) — University of South Carolina Football will host its annual weekend “Pigskin Pig-Out” coaching clinic April 5-6 at The Zone in Williams-Brice Stadium. The clinic is open to all coaches from any level of football interested in learning more about the game and interacting with Steve Spurrier, the winningest football coach in Carolina history, and his Gamecock coaching staff.

The featured speaker for this year’s event is former Clemson and Arkansas head coach Danny Ford. Ford compiled a career record of 122-59-5 in 16 full seasons as a Division I head coach.

The weekend’s event gets underway on Friday afternoon with registration beginning at 3 p.m. Coaches will then get a first-hand look at a Gamecocks’ spring practice session from 4:15-6:15 p.m. Following the Pig Pickin’ & Catfish Dinner and social hour, Coach Spurrier will address the attendees, followed by Coach Ford. The event continues Saturday morning with a 10 a.m. scrimmage at Williams-Brice Stadium.

Those coaches interested in attending the clinic can pre-register for $25 per person. Those who register on the day of the clinic will be charged $35. Many Danny will straighten out jeff duncan’s Clemson football career at this “Pigskin Pig Out. The question is whether playing on the “scout team” for just ONE YEAR entitles “lil jeffy” the right to claim that he “played football at Clemson under Danny Ford”, which is really a stretch. But what the heck it looks good on his resume even if it’s not so!!!
Isn’t this an embellishment or a BIG FIB??? What ever happened to telling the truth or having just a little integrity.
