In South Carolina, Vehicular Homicide has a max sentence of 10 years. It ain’t enough.
SCHP MAIT on-scene but no charges filed? Sounds like SCHP is waiting for Williams to be cleared by a Dr for jail before arresting him. If not, a judge would just grant Williams a PR bond since he can’t be housed in the jail. My opinion. Sounds awfully like a felony dui with death and a second for great bodily injury. Prayers for the victims and their families.
