Nine years after 19-year-old Stephen Smith was found lying in the middle of Sandy Run Road in Hampton County with a gruesome head wound, agents of the South Carolina State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) continue to investigate his still-unsolved homicide.
Smith’s body was discovered near Crocketville, S.C., in the early morning hours of July 8, 2015. He had a horrific head injury initially believed to have been the result of a gunshot wound. The head injury was later (quite controversially) determined to have been the result of a vehicular hit-and-run.
SLED’s homicide investigation is active and ongoing, according to law enforcement sources who spoke with this media outlet – although it is not moving in the direction some have speculated it is moving.
In the aftermath of a recent defamation lawsuit filed by Buster Murdaugh against multiple entities who suggested he was Smith’s killer, fresh speculation has been raised about the possible involvement of another Murdaugh family member – and the potential for evidence in the Smith case to surface during the discovery phase of various pending litigation.

The latest rumors have suggested Smith’s death could be linked to Paul Murdaugh, Buster’s younger brother. Paul Murdaugh, our audience will recall, was savagely murdered along with his mother, Maggie Murdaugh, on June 7, 2021 at the family’s former hunting compound – known locally as Moselle. This property is located approximately eight miles from where Smith’s body was found.
Buster and Paul’s notorious father, disbarred attorney and disgraced former prosecutor Alex Murdaugh, is currently serving two life sentences after a Colleton County jury convicted him of the murders of his wife and younger son in March 2023.
Murdaugh is appealing those convictions, and is also seeking a new trial on the basis of jury tampering allegations against the clerk of court whose office oversaw last year’s criminal proceedings against him.
So … did Paul Murdaugh have anything to do with Stephen Smith’s death?
Law enforcement sources familiar with the status of the investigation told FITSNews this week there was “zero credibility” to such speculation. Not only that, they confirmed two individuals from Brunson, S.C. – Shawn Connelly and Patrick Wilson – who were previously named in connection with this inquiry remained persons of interest in the ongoing investigation.
Connelly was named in the initial S.C. Highway Patrol Multi-Disciplinary Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) report on Smith’s death – along with Wilson. Our media outlet exclusively published that document (.pdf) last March. Shortly thereafter, we reported on Wilson and Connelly’s shared status as persons of interest in connection with the Smith case.
According to our sources, SLED is continuing to conduct interviews and gather evidence in connection with the investigation into Smith’s death – although it is unclear whether charges are imminent.
It is believed there are individuals with knowledge about the events surrounding Smith’s death – people who could bring clarity to the case and peace of mind to Smith’s family. Anyone with information pertinent to the investigation is encouraged to contact SLED.

Here is a lot of pertinent information which I wrote everywhere I thought sensible people could read it; but am writing it here again in the hope it reaches some sensible people.
And here are some key words from real life:
Marilyn Monroe, Princess Diana, psychiatric autopsy, nursing school transcripts, emissary (sub-galeal) veins, superior sagittal venous sinus, and suicide rate among teens and young adults who identify as homosexual.
And some titles from classical world literature:
Leo Tolstoy’s Anna Karenina; Gustave Flaubert’s Madame Bovary; and Francoise Sagan’s Bonjour tristesse.
And here is a quick explanation for the arithmetically-challenged:
A fraction or a rate or a percentage depends on the numerator (the upper number) and the denominator (the lower number). So, if the numerator remains constant but the denominator is inflated (as I believe it is in the case of homosexuals in America) the REAL suicide rate is even higher than it is claimed to be. So, if we have 10 teen suicides in a community we think has 1,000 homosexual teens, some would say the rate is only 1%. BUT if the real denominator is only 100 homosexual teens, then the REAL suicide rate is 10%.
And here are some connections:
From at least two of his published photos, Stephen-Smith was a Marilynn-Monroe wannabee: he puckered like her, put his arm behind his head like her, and, of course, wanted to be as desired by men as she was.
Before her suicide, Marilyn Monroe had been fired from Something has got to Give.
Before his suicide, Stephen Smith was failing his middling nursing school classes, going on one-night stands, and without money to fill his gas tank.
The vehicular accident which took Stephen Smith’s life has by now been investigated more extensively than the one which took Princess Diana’s life and the lives of two of the other three people in that Mercedes.
I am tired of writing to edify those who cannot accept an accident for what it is and for those who cannot accept a clear suicide for what it is as we clearly saw in Micah Miller’s case.
And usually, it is the family which is the biggest suicide-denier to both repel guilt of not having helped the suicidant and to profit from the suicide by falsely painting it as murder.
I am tired but not hopeless. Does anyone, including SLED, still have some sense out there? Or is the perverse majority too addicted to blaming the innocent?

I’m sure if Stephen wanted to commit suicide he could have found a much easier way to do it! This was clearly not suicide.
None that could have been disguised as an accident or a murder. Stephen Smith STILL had his family and his attention-seeking mother to please even after his death.

Biden should HASTEN to pardon Trump of pending federal prosecutions: the Florida documents case and the the DC 6 January 2021 case.
Biden should also pardon ALL the 6 January 2021 defendants, not because of the wrongness or lack thereof of their acts, but to unify the country and turn the page.
Not only would that be the noble thing to do, it would also WISELY pull the rug from under the retribution-motivated Trumpists, and perhaps from under Trump himself. For what reason does Trump have to run other than to pardon himself?
And what will Trump do if Biden goes ahead and pardons Trump? Will he refuse the pardon and betray his martyr complex and the the martyr complexes of his followers?
A side effect would be Melania’s joy in not having to be First Lady again. She now can better focus on letting her hair grow longer (did anyone else notice that it was circa 3 inches longer than she wore it as First Lady?) and on being a helicopter college mom to Barron.
I am so ahead of my time and so almost-single-handedly trying to pull this society into peace with justice.

Since this is also a Callie Lyons story and shares another important fact with another Callie Lyons story about Micah Miller, and since my comments and replies keep disappearing from YouTube, I need to paste them here because, by acting as if ALL suicides were pushed by someone, you discourage resort to REAL psychiatrists to prevent suicides.
Here are my comments in reverse chronological order on Callie Lyons’ YouTube story about Micah Miller:

MY “guess” is that Micah had anti-Biblical delusions that she will keep putting a gun to her own head and whatever passes for “God” in her deluded mind will make the gun malfunction.
Again, the REAL Bible says, “do not test the Lord, thy God.” Micah Miller CHOSE to play Russian Roulette against God and lost.
The REAL Bilbe also forbids tattoos. Again, Micah had no business claiming to preach a bible about which she knows nothing or very little.
None of this is a defense of JP Miller. But no one needs to be a wonderful person to prevent baseless criminal charges levied against him/her.

Maybe Micah wanted to test the Lord, her God, again according to her own delusions but the gun did not misfire this time.

Elsewhere on FITSNews, I questioned the cause of death of the late SC Senate Staffer Andrew Theodore Fiffick, IV, aged 47. Everything about Andy’s death points to suicide which his family cannot bring themselves to face, including the facts that the family has not been able to compose an obituary 25 days after his death and that the funeral won’t happen until one whole month after Andy’s death.
Jesus Christ said God is a god of the living, not of the dead. I write this SOLELY out of concern for Andy’s mother, Andy’s wife, and Andy’s children. They need to have the courage to examine and bring out what caused Andy’s suicide so that THEY may remain alive by having the courage to not succumb to the temptation of taking the easy way out.

Sorry FITS, you keep dropping several notches in my view; but I have to write this for the sake of primarily Andy Fiffick’s children, your children, and all children who might be seduced by Mica Miller’s story.
One of the notches you dropped earlier today is your gratuitous but counter-productive pandering to the defendants in Buster Murdaugh’s defamation lawsuit.
You claimed there was a basis to suspect SOME Murdaugh or Murdaughs in Stephen Smith’s death.
First, the law enforcement interviews YOU, YOURSELF, published on THIS outlet disclose the investigator disclosing to and from Stephanie Smith that any mention of a Murdaugh is “rumor upon rumor” and then beseaching her to not tell anyone that the investigators “have nothing.”
Next, the outlets Buster Murdaugh is suing did not just report that some people lauched rumors implicating Buster; these outlets plain indicated Buster did it.
Third, the mere existence of rumors does not absolve journalists of liability for repeating them WITHOUT INVESTIGATION WHATOSEVER. That is what the law (and I am NOT a lawyer, only better than most) considers reckless disregard for the truth.
Another notch is my losing any confidence in you as a true libertarian (pushing decriminalization of weed does not a libertarian make) because you continue parroting the pushers of that STUPID “coercive control” law.
Just go coercive-control yourself and stop pushing this nonesense.
Then you portray that talent-less charlatan no-college-credit Mica as the underpaid awaited savior of Africa and its children.
Mica was qualified only for the job she had when she died: a cook or waitress in some back-country restaurant. Not that there is anything wrong with it.
Much is wrong, though, with a lawyer claiming that, at $50K/year, Mica was underpaid by the church. Many qualified entry-level teachers do not make that much.
Tell that annoying Regina Ward to go coercive-control herself instead of suggesting frivolous lawsuits of underpayment.
And now to the poor children, mercifully not the children of Africa this time.
I watched Andy Fiffick’s “celebration of life” because, apparently, not even Protestant churches conduct funerals for suicidants.
I am America’s most lawful and most unassimilated immigrant because I want to keep my culture and I want it to be respected.
In my culture, it is rude to laugh in a funeral; and it is sacrilege to laugh in church.
But what I saw live-streamed from that Shandon church was a clown show, not a service. Perhaps that is what happens when it is conducted one whole month to the day after the un-spoken suicide.
And no one, not even the widow or the suicidant’s mother, wore black. Again, in my culture which I do not want to die in the diaspora, females wear black head-to-toe to a funeral and/or for a visit of condolences to a deceased’s family.
What surprised me more than all that is how young Andy’s son is and even younger is his daughter, who could not be more than eight.
Why does a man voluntarily leave an eight-year old earthly-fatherless like that?
But what I consider child abuse is having her hear that her father who took a human life (albeit his own) is in heaven.
In anything that calls itself Christian, or Jewish, or Moslem, the decision of who goes to heaven is God’s alone. You do NOT AUTOMATICALLY “go to heaven” just because you die, specially by your own hand.
I am a show-me-good-statistics person. But I am not closed to statistics-less biologically-plausible theories.
And, unless proven otherwise, I think young people are more likely to commit suicide if they keep hearing that suicidants are in heaven.
Seriously now, what does anyone gain by repeating that?
Do they think they will coercive-control God into admitting into heaven one who took a human life, albeit his own?

Okay! I get it! I have to try smaller segments of my brilliant reply to see what FITS’ limit of courage is.
So, here is a bit more:
To @sandyshirley5079, pain gives NO ONE license to throw false CRIMINAL accusations and accusations of PROFESSIONAL INCOMPETENCE around.
And Sanctimonious Sandi Smith (“SSS”) DID first accuse Stephen’s boyfriend, “Marc did it. Marc did it” reported Stephanie Smith to the investigators on her mother’s obsession with that Marc until that Marc had to get some restraining order against SSS or leave town.
Then SSS and her co-conspirator Moore began attacking the reputation of Dr. Erin Presnell, who did the first (and later independently-confirmed) autopsy on Stephen. SSS even went to Katie Couric’s podcast to complain of Dr. Presnell, whom Couric EXPLICITLY accused of incompetence and suggested de-licensing.
And despite having a pro bono lawyer (Andy Savage) and investigator (Steve Patterson) who ASSURED SSS that no Murdaugh was involved, SSS still wrote to the FBI that BOTH Paul and Buster did it with baseball bats.
And now, even AFTER Buster is PROVEN to have had nothing to do with it, the anti-Murdaugh team turned the vicious rumors on the deceased and defenseless Paul.
FITS’s system seems to have given me two more free articles; but I have no idea whether they are for this month or for the rest of my life.
But I am NOT an instant-gratification person; rather, I am a very self-disciplined person. So, I am saving those two additional free articles for ABSOLUTELY irristible stories, although the story on the up-tick on breast-feeding tempted me.
It tempted me, not because it would tell me something I do not know about breastfeeding, but because I would like to tell the readers there a lot they do not know about breastfeeding.
Yet, I convinced myself the readers as as likely to read my pearls about breastfeeding here as they are in a story titled “uptick in breastfeeding.”
And, of course, the biostatistician/epidemiologist in me (I am MPH in addition to MD) sees connections among things, including the proverbial butterfy flapping its wings in one place causing a different event of nature in another.
So, I see a connection between Stephen Smith deciding to commit suicide by walking into incoming traffic that fateful night and Sanctimonious Sandy Smith (“SSS”) never having considered breast feeding him.
I shall, God willing, tell you about it in the next comment should FITS let this one through.

First things first: how could I possibly know Sanctimonious Sandy Smith (“SSS”) never breast-fed Stephen?
SSS gave an interview about Stephen being a premie and SSS first holding Stephen in SSS’s arms when Stephen was two-months old. SSS said nothing about pumping her breasts and taking the milk to the NICU or even freezing that milk awaiting Stephen’s release from hospital. SSS could have been using all her breast-milk for Stephen’s twin, Stephanie; but SSS said nothing like “When I was breastfeeding Stephanie, I was looking forward to rotating her with Stephen at my breast.”
So, this is a reasonable inference of mine. And, of course, I hope a lawyer for one side of the other in Buster Murdaugh’s defamation lawsuit takes SSS’s deposition and asks her about about breastfeeding Stephen OR Stephanie whether in direct examination or cross-examination depending on who gives notice for the deposition.
And gues who first wrote about a possible connection between not being breastfed in infancy and later homosexual behavior? Our dear Sigmund did.
I can’t get too explicit here and neither did Freud. But Dr. Sigmund Freud made clear the equivalence he saw between longing for a mother’s nipple nipple in the baby’s mouth and later longing for another person’s body part in another body part of the grown baby.
So, first piece of PUBLIC HEATH advice: always breastfeed. If you have a premie in the NICU pump and take your milk to them or hard-freeze it until the baby is released from the NICU.
Second piece of advice, unless you want your boy to grow up homosexual (which by now is passe and declasse and does not get the attention it once did; so, it really is not worth the hassle), breastfeed until dentition erupts.

Broadly speaking, in the mammalian (including human) body, glands are either endocrine (which produce hormones into the blood stream) or exocrine (which synthesize and pour molecules into body cavities or outside the body). The exocrine glands may be eccrine, with subtypes, or apocrine.
Apocrine glands produce what they produce by breaking off parts of their own acinar cells into the tubules and from there into the outside.
Milk is produced by apocrine glands.
Think of the nobility and beauty of the whole thing.
Mammals are higher than birds because we developed breasts to feed our offspring and with the breasts bigger brains than bird brains, and in the humans, the highest of mammals, speech.
The nobility is the mother feeding the offspring with parts of her own body.
The beauty is that the cells which break off parts of themselves to make milk also renew themselves.
And that is (for reasons unknown and perplexing to me) one of the most-kept secrets about breastfeeding in the U.S.: breastfeeding PREVENTS breast CANCER, not 100%, NOT if you ever breastfed a baby you may never get breast cancer. BUT the likelihood of getting breast cancer diminishes considerably with breastfeeding.
I am perplexed that advocates of breastfeeding rarely mention its cancer-preventing power.
The second most-kept secret is that breastfeeding is a powerful pregnancy preventer. It is natural birth control for obvious evolutionary reasons.
Again, not 100%; not if you are breastfeeding you can never get pregnant; but what other methods is 100% effective? The pill is only effective if you remember to take it correctly 100%; so is the word “NO.”
Breasts are NOT perishable, people. If you breastfeed your baby, your breast does not disappear. To the contrary, it could become more attractive.
And, thank God, breastfeeding is now associated with upper classes.
Feeding babies with highly processed cow milk had become so commonplace with lower classes that JD Vance wrote in his Hillbilly Elegy that, as a teen-aged grocery packer, he ACTUALLY asked his boss, “why do rich people not buy baby milk. Don’t rich people have babies, too?”
It took a grocery store boss to tell the Hillbilly JD Vance that there is another way of feeding babies and that rich people know it and do it.
Oh, FITS, go coercive-control yourself since you are not letting any more of comments through.
And FITS’ claims of “open mic” and of being “a libertarian” have “zero credibility,” since he would not let through SubZeroIQ’a comments on Callie Lyons’ most recent story on Juror 785.
Apparently, the only one on Alex Murdaugh’s two-murder trial jury who had the sense to see that the kennels video means NOTHING was Juror 785. That is why they had to get rid of her.
Paul and Maggie’s deaths did NOT occur right after that video based on the victims’ stomach contents at autopsy.
The food left in their stomachs was too little and too digested for the deaths to have occurred ONLY 22 minutes after the victims’ KNOWN large and relatively fatty last meal.
This is OBJECTIVE scientific evidence which should guarantee Alex Murdaugh MORE THAN a new trial: outright acquittal.
But FITSNews has completely sold out to those who oppose any revelation of Alex Murdaugh’s actual innocence.
And more recently, FITSNews has completely sold out his pretend-libertariansim and supports state governments throwing husbands in prison if, in the privacy of their own homes, they criticize their wives for over-spending on unnecessary “second pair of boots.”
This is how far paid-bloggerism has deteriorated.

As far as I recall, hopefully correctly, Callie Lyons had NOT been with FITSNews when Malicious Mandy Matney (“MMM”) began demonizing EVERYONE and EVERYTHING Murdaugh on FITSNews culminating in where we now are.
And since, thank God, FITS has apparently seen the light and let through my comment (albeit under “JustSomeGuest”), I continue to pray that FITS is on the road to atoning and expiating for his role in getting Richard Alexander Murdaugh (“RAM”) wrongly convicted of the murders of Paul Terry Murdaugh (“PTM”) and Margaret Kennedy Bransetter Murdaugh (“MKBM”), I shall, God willing and FITS permitting, recap under Callie Lyons’ story on Juror 785 the SCIENTIFIC evidence I explained here for the convenience of the readers.

I am NOT a lawyer, only better than most by the TRANSCRIBED assessment of at least one prominent jurist before whom I advocate pro se (meaning for myself without a lawyer). I am a great medical doctor and biostatistician/epidemiologist.
In the recently released transcript of RAM’s federal sentencing, U.S. District Judge Richard Mark Gergel (“RMG”) of the U.S. District of South Carolina (DC-DSC) reports that he lectures law students all over the country that a law license is a license to do good.
As I recently found out, RMG’s brother is a doctor, a psychiatrist in Ashville, NC.
So, it should be easy for RMG to verify with his brother that a medical education/degree/license is/are an OBLIGATION to do good.
Certain things are not just options for us physicians, they are DUTIES. For example, a lawyer has no obligation to accept a client (s)he does not like. BUT a doctor in war (I am an absolute pacifist; but this fact from the rules of war is essential to recount here) has an OBLIGATION to fully treat a wounded enemy soldier. Let someone else decide what to do with that soldier once (s)he is kept alive by God acting through the ethical doctor. The doctor’s OBLIGATION is to ensure that enemy soldier remains alive if at all medically possible.
But I am not just any two-graduate-degree doctor, not just any quadri-lingual one, not just one VERY highly educated in the literature of three of three of the four languages I speak, read and write flawlessly.
I am one who has PERSONALLY known the brutality of a system which, not only indulges, but CELEBRATES and rewards prosecutors who conspire to KNOWINGLY bring false criminal charges against the known-innocent for that prosecutor and/or his/her family/friends/payors to gain some advantage in separate civil litigation or some other dispute.
And yet, I do not wish for that prosecutor who conspired to put ME in prison for 46 years, God forbade, to be imprisoned for even 46 seconds. I want her to be like Saul of Tarsus (Saint Paul to Christians) on the road back from Damascus.
I want every one, God willing, who even in unexpressed thoughts, hated the innocent, to experience the joy of helping exonerate them.
So far, thank God, I had a hand in the ultimate exoneration of at least five human beings who do not share my faith or my race.
I also want the readers to go back to Genesis and read the very poignant part of Joseph’s brothers fearing his retaliation against them once they realized who he is, how prominent he had become, and how capable he was to exact retribution on them HAD HE CHOSEN to do that.
Instead, Joseph HAD CHOSEN forgiveness. But forgiveness CANNOT be chosen by the victim before the oppressor repents.
Joseph still understood Hebrew but was letting an Egyptian-Hebrew translator mediate the conversation between him and the brothers who had once wanted to kill Joseph but “relented” and “only” sold him into bondage instead.
Joseph heard his brothers acknowledge to each other in Hebrew the “great evil” they had done to Joseph.
THAT is the beginning of redemption.

In his most recent Week-in-Review, where Jen Wood threw the naked-thighs-and-dress-sandals gauntlet at Lauren Taylor, Will Folk announced that he was Presbyterian but is now Lutheran. Not that I am against conversion. In adulthood, I converted from Catholicism to Orthodoxy, mostly on cultural grounds because the theological differences, even the filioque, are in my view more semantic than spiritual, and make no difference in how a Catholic or an Orthodox laity lives her life on earth.
But until I came to America, at then-President-Carter’s invitation no less, I had thought the differences between the Protestant churches and the pre-protestant churches were merely about liturgy and divorce. So, in full disclosure, and in no way disrespecting others’ choices to believe as they wish, I still do not understand how the salvation-by-faith-alone people get past the clear scripture that faith without works is dead.
When Sara Heather Savitz Weiss tried to put me in prison for 46 years on criminal charges SHE KNEW to be FALSE but, thank God, I thwarted her WITHOUT A LAWYER, she threw more false claims against me including that I (who had, thank God, dazzled judges and juries with my brilliance) am mentally incompetent and that I am not pleading guilty to criminal charges of which I am innocent solely because I am hostile to the prosecutor’s “religion.”
One of my problems with Hatchet-for-Hire Heather, of whose claim to Judaism I learned later, is that she is not Jewish enough. If she ever read the Old Testament, how could she have gotten past the 40 times Jewish people are told to love the immigrant among them and treat him as the native? How did she get past “thou shalt not hate an Egyptian, for you were a stranger in his land”?
She probably got past those and other Biblical injunctions because, to her, Judaism is partying, the Halloween-in-March of Purim, not the deeper meaning of the Book of Esther. Hatchet-for-Hire Heather probably got past the Biblical injunctions to not conspire against the innocent because she never read them. She bragged about her son’s after-Mitzvah party but, in that same report, we read that son got help from his teacher on reading Hebrew to get past the necessary exam. A Tree-of-Life version of the Georgia teacher-assisted cheating scandal.
But read the Bible in any language not infected by inadvertent or intentional translation errors and you will see it clearly defines justice: Justice is PRECISION. Honesty in counting and weighing. Justice is transparency. Conspiracies do not survive transparency. Justice is restitution. And justice is objectivity, scientific observation, and creative imagination.
Back to my beloved Old-Testament Joseph (who I believe is one of my BIOLOGICAL ancestors the children he had after Ephraim and Manasseh according to Genesis 48:6). He had the scientific imagination to invent grain storage. But before implementing his life-saving idea, he “went out to survey the land of Egypt.”
In plain English if translated correctly from Hebrew, Joseph was focused on saving others’ lives from a coming famine; but he did not sit on his butt and issue orders because he was powerful. He actually went out and took measurements, noted them accurately, acted accordingly, and God gave Joseph prosperity and power for the saving of lives, not for destruction of lives. God also gave Joseph the gift of willingness to forgive BUT ONLY AFTER the wrong-doers confess their sins.
Those who used voodoo theories to pin on Alex Murdaugh two murders he did not commit and used IMPRECISION or outright falsehoods on the time of Maggie’s and Paul’s deaths, should take a lesson from Joseph’s brothers.
Juror 785, from the little we read she said to Judge Clifton Newman on the partially-released transcript, is a highly-intelligent, sensitive, and honorable lady who deserves to have her full story told with precision and heeded.

Just because my comment on DN’s story on Kamala Harris’ immigration policy is so beautiful but had some typos, please let me post it here too for the readers’ convenience. What do you lose by that?

DN and Will, first, no human being is “illegal.” A human being can be “born out of wedlock” or “undocumented” but NEVER “illegal” or illegitimate” as was (and still is) said of children born out of wedlock.
EVERY human being is legal and legitimate by the power of life itself. Remember “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness”?
Life is FIRST; and those who use “illegal” and “illegitimate” to refer to living human beings cannot possibly be truly pro-life. You either respect all human life or none at all. That is why I do not even believe in the so-called “rape, incest. and life-of-the-mother” exceptions that Trump loudly claims he believes in and for the first time said something good about Ronald Reagan for believing in those exceptions.
A word about “life of the mother” though. That is pure intellectual laziness. Modern medicine, which can push viability of preemies to 20 weeks and earlier, can, if it REALLY wanted to, find ways to save both lives of mothers and fetuses at the same time. The unsalvageable fetuses are USUALLY taken care of by NATURE itself through spontaneous miscarriages.

Listen carefully to J.D. Vance’s acceptance speech, “we will let immigrants in under our own terms.”
He did not claim, “under the law or the Constitution.” He claimed “our own terms.” Whose are “our” terms?
They are the terms of his hillbilly family who want to spend their time smoking, drinking, and verbally and physically injuring each other while immigrants slave around to grow food and empty hospital bedpans without occupational safety.
Trump also said in his press conference after promising mass deportation, “we will bring immigrant in because they are needed for agriculture and for the tech and AI that is coming.”
It is not beyond imagination that J.D. Vance’s hillbillies want to bring immigrants in as LITERAL slaves.
Indeed, it is not beyond imagination that “Son of Project 2025” would advocate for invading Mexico, not to prevent immigration from Mexico, but to capture Mexicans and bring them in as LITERAL slaves.
Notice, J.D. Vance also now says, “the country your GRAND-parents built.” Your parents’ contribution to this country do not count if they were immigrants. They could have won a Nobel Prize in some science for an American university. But if your parents were first-generation immigrants when they did so, you have no right to partake of this country.
And DN, did it ever occur to you that Dreamers would RESCUE, rather than burden, what you call “the U.S. debt[-]subsidized healthcare” if only they were allowed to work in it as equal, well-trained professionals and pay taxes on that work?
It is indeed “broken by design and working exactly as it is intended to work”: replacing slavery which was frankly called slavery by slavery which is enforced by terrorizing working, possibly VERY creative, human beings by calling them “illegals.”
And why is that? In my opinion free from false humility, because America never developed the tools, the competence to treat human labor equally.

But after watching the recent “48 Hours + Postmortem,” the trailers for Juror 785’s and Juror Z’s Fox Nation interview, and beginning to learn who Valerie Bauerlein really is, I have to make the assertion that Paul and Maggie were killed by a cabal of lesbian women in the area who conspired with Malicious Mandy Matney (“MMM”) and Sanctimonious Sandi Smith (“SSS”) to cause Stephen Smith’s case to be reopened. “Someone had to die” says SSS in the “48 Hours”). That is the real motive, not some STUPID theory that Alex did it to gain sympathy.

Whether FITS is paid to promote Valerie Bauerlein’s book or is just pumping Valerie up to get back at Malicious Mandy Matney (“MMM”), the real test of whether Will loves his children more than money is how he will face up to his role in getting Richard Alexander Murdaugh (“RAM”) falsely convicted of what was done to Paul Terry Murdaugh (“PTM”) and Margaret Kennedy Bransetter Murdaugh (“MKBM”).
Will, your children will learn from what they see you do, not what they hear you lecture to them or what candy you give them.
Let this comment of mine through because it is WRONG of you to continue to pump Valerie Bauerlein’s book after her inadvertent admission.
Valerie Bauerlein’s publisher told her “who’s the reader going to root for?” so she cleaned up David Owens, the man WE KNOW lied to the grand jury about blood on Alex Murdaugh’s shirt.
If Valerie Bauerlein ever was a real journalist (and I doubt anyone who ever worked for The State Newspaper could have been), she stopped being one and became a book peddler just like Malicious Mandy Matney (“MMM”) and the rest of them.
The differences between MMM and Valerie is that MMM caused what was done to Paul and Maggie and that MMM got to profiting first.
In MMM’s book, she claims she refused to shake Valerie’s hand. There is no honor among thieves when they are trying to divide the loot. The only so-called honor is that the thieves do not argue loud enough so outsiders could hear them.
For those who brag about not read books (which means they did NOT read Malicious Mandy Matney’s (“MMM”) book), do you not do math either?

Sandy Smith got Murdaughs unalived for Stephen Smith’s case, not reverse.
The Murdaughs, all of them now, are victims of Stephen Smith, not the reverse.
AND that Thomas Moore is one of the laziest, most incompetent, ignorant, and hateful law enforcement officers ever. He should be investigated for his harassment of Dr. Erin Presnell and his trying to pressure her to change her first autopsy findings, which, incidentally, were confirmed by the second autopsy.
Are you real journalists if you do not pursue obvious leads?
Let me give you a name who could be one of the three real killers of Paul and Maggie. I got that name from MMM’s book, since I am apparently the only one (still alive) who read the whole book completely and carefully: Olivia Boyles.
She is apparently a miserable lesbian who contacted MMM immediately after the boat crash and planted the idea of Paul and Buster being gay and having killed Stephen Smith.
Did FITS know that before hiring, and/or after firing, MMM or any time in between?
Or was FITS aware of all that and pushing the stories for clicks?
Never too late to repent and come clean FITS! You owe that to the moral upbringing of your children. It is never too early to cultivate moral authority in children.

Finally, we saw and heard the wonderful, smart, and conscientious Ms. Myra Crosby (“Juror 785”) in living color; and she does have great taste in color of dress: classy, understated, and eye-pleasing.
That did not stop the Ever-Bluffing Eric Bland (“EBEB”) cheap hireling Kassidy O’Connell from launching savage attacks on Myra and stealing pay-walled clips from Martha Maccallum’s interview with Jurors 785 and 630 on Fox Nation yesterday in the process.
Kassidy O’Connell is so cheap and has such limited but fawning audience that she is not worth my finding an alliterative but polite name for her. That would be casting my pearls before swine, an act Jesus Christ told us to not do.
But FITS, Callie Lyons, Andy Fancher, and the other two, and their readers should CORRECTLY assume they are worth my pearls.
Kassidy O’Connell savagely attacked Myra for finding the kennel video probative of the Murdaughs being “happy and humble.”
I have previously written and repeated why the Prosecution’s time of death is wrong based on the autopsy MEASUREMENTS of the contents of the victims’ stomachs, which contents show food too little AND too digested for the deaths to have occurred ONLY 22 minutes after the KNOWN large and relatively-fatty last meal.
Another Prosecution lie was that Paul did not send his video to Rogan Gibson because Paul got killed right after the video was made.
The truth is that the video shows NOTHING wrong with Cash’s tail; therefore, there was no reason for Paul to send anything to Rogan.
The word “pone” has many uses in Southern dialect; and Rogan Gibson had used it in his interview with SLED but not in his testimony at the trial.
And that is crucial.
In his interview with SLED, Rogan Gibson said Paul thought “the pone” on Cash’s tail was an insect bite and asked Rogan if Paul should put salve on it; but Rogan wanted to see that “pone” first before giving Paul leave to put anything on Cash’s tail.
Look carefully at the WHOLE video.
Paul runs Cash’s entire, healthily-wagging, tail though Paul’s other-than-phone-holding hand THEN opens that hand and photographs it.
No “pone” on Cash’s tail OR on Paul’s hand.
Paul realizes he either had made a mistake about “a pone” being there in the first place, OR, if there ever was one, it fell off; and NO veterinary consultation needed. End of story.
But the Prosecution spent a lot of time of witnesses proving that Paul was such a loyal and helpful friend (ironically, contrary to hid demonization by the boat crash plaintiffs) that ONLY DEATH would have prevented Paul from sending that video to Rogan.
What REALLY prevented Paul from sending that video to Rogan were: (1) a dying cell phone battery; and (2) COMMON SENSE: no need to bother with a non-problem.
I hope FITS has by now listened to me and coercive-controlled himself long enough to let this comment of mine through. Or else, he may need to be reminded to go coercive-control himself some more.
Some are STILL obsessed with pinning Stephen Smith’s death on Buster and/or Paul Murdaugh that, even after it is conclusively proven (through two autopsies, not just one) that Stephen died EXACTLY where his body was found and SOLELY due to motor-vehicle-versus-pedestrian collision, those obsessed oppressors want to spread a new falsehood: that Buster and/or Paul Murdaugh were riding in that truck and whacked Stephen’s head through the truck window, again with that infamous imaginary baseball bat, supposedly as a polo rider hits a tiny ball with a long stick while riding a very trained and manageable horse.
I had an exchange with one of those obsessed oppressors on “48 Hours + Postmortem” and tried to explain the LITERAL physics to him or her but (s)he remained argumentative, ignorant, or both.
Here is that exchange for the benefit of FITS and his readers:

A human hand or arm is NOT fixed but movable. To every action there is a reaction equal in force and opposite in direction. That is Newton’s second law of motion.
Imagine two people running in opposite directions. If they collide against each other, they BOTH fall back.
But if a mirror is securely FIXED to the fast-moving truck and it collides with a pedestrian’s head, the full momentum (mass times velocity) of the truck is transmitted to the pedestrian’s head, breaks it, and knocks him to the asphalt, where the second momentum of his fast-falling head breaks it.
Technically, it is the back force of the asphalt which causes the break of the back of Stephen’s head; but that back force is the equal in magnitude but opposite in direction to the weight of the fast falling human head.
And the human head is very heavy because it contains our heaviest organ: the human brain.
Get the picture?
But that person continued to argue: “@RogerLewis-ey2tt replied: ‘@marieassaad-faltas1299 Come on, kids can whack mailboxes (harder than a head) from a moving car'”
To which I had to explain more REAL Physics and Anatomy:

Mailboxes are made of aluminum and are hollow. They are also mechanically unstable: a thin stem not deep rooted in mud and a heavier and larger top.
I have seen many mail boxes topple on their own, or at least wobble and lean, after rains.
The human head is THE OPPOSITE. It is the smallest but enclosed in two layers of hard bone with spongy bone between the two layers, the sturdiest possible mechanical arrangement. The human head sits atop a mechanical wonder of two legs and two shoulders that allowed our ape ancestors to walk straight and make tools, arts, and surgeries with our free hands. Homo erectus came before Homo sapiens.
Comparing the sacred human head to poorly constructed rural mailboxes in BLASPHEMY in my opinion free from false modesty.

I hope by now, the stupid theories trying to falsely pin Stephen’s death on Paul and/or Buster Murdaugh have been exhausted. Or if they have not been, I hope I have, by now, taught “y’all” how to think using REAL Physics and Anatomy and take it from here.

Anti-Busterism has something in common with antisemitism and the other antis of history and geography: they are all based on filthy false and heartless rumors that take a life of their own and never die.
Here is my response to FITS’ pontification that Kamala Harris has a Moslem problem:
Kamala Harris does not have a Moslem problem. It is the Palestinians who have an Islamist problem.
And just so you and all the history-and-geography illiterates who may write on your blog or read it know: Not all Palestinians are Arabs; not all Arabic speakers are Moslems; not all Israel’s citizens are Jewish; and not all the world’s Moslems care about people who identify as Palestinians.
The problem for all of us is the Islamist agenda which is as anti-Coptic, anti-Hindu, anti-Armenian, and even anti-Shi’a, as it is antisemitic, depending on the place in the world the Islamists take root.
Smart U.S. policy should be able to dis-tangle Islamist movements from anti-colonial movements. So far, it has not done so BECAUSE it has not even tried.
Intellectual laziness, sometimes manifested in pseudo-analytic wordiness, is the real enemy.
