GRANDSON OF S.C. SUPREME COURT CHIEF COMMITS SUICIDE

Last week this website ripped the S.C. Supreme Court for its unconscionable delay in hearing a critical case regarding public corruption.

Today, we are putting our differences aside and offering our sympathies to S.C. chief justice Costa Pleicones and his family.  According to the Facebook page of the judge’s wife, Donna Pleicones, their grandson – Max Andrew Norrell – committed suicide in Opelika, Alabama late Friday.

Norrell was 22 years old.

Having just gone through a similar family tragedy here at FITS, we can relate to what the Pleicones’ family is going through.  Accordingly, our thoughts and prayers are with them and with Norrell’s friends and family.
