SENATOR: NETWORK ENDEAVORED TO MAKE TRUMP “THE BIGGEST BASTARD ON THE PLANET”
|| By FITSNEWS || How obvious was it that Fox News was in the tank for the “Republican” establishment during the first 2016 GOP presidential debate (a.k.a. the “Kill Donald” show)?
Even fiscally liberal U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham – who has sparred openly, aggressively and repeatedly with GOP presidential frontrunner Donald Trump – acknowledged the transparency of the concerted “conservative” media effort to sink Trump’s candidacy.

“This was more of an inquisition than it was a debate,” Graham said of the exchange in Cleveland, Ohio. “At the end of the day, ask the man a question that explains his position and his solutions rather than a ten-minute question that describes him as the biggest bastard on the planet.”
Graham made his comments during an appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”
Obviously Graham – a low-polling presidential candidate who participated in a GOP undercard debate earlier in the evening – wasn’t about to cut Trump any slack on the issues. And he argued presumed Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton would “beat Trump like a drunk.”
But still … his acknowledgment of Fox’s brazen assault on Trump’s candidacy is worth noting (especially given the recent history between the two candidates).
It’s exceedingly rare Graham is on the same page as this website, but he got this one right.

Looks like Graham has decided to play nice with Trump in hopes of getting a cabinet position if Trump gets elected. I think he wants Sec of State or Defense.
God, I hope not! He will just as assuredly start WWIII in that position as he would if he were POTUS.
Lindsey is playing all three side as hard as he can. He wants to be SecDef more than he wants to be POTUS or a Senator. I have a feeling he’ll get his wish. Cycle theory states the next world war will start between 2018 and 2022 so………..

I worked for HP for almost twenty years, I was not there during her tenure, I stayed in touch with what was transpiring through previous relationships in the company. What the woman did was have enough business sense to restructure and stream line a company that lagging behind other high tech companies in the computer business.
She did a good job, HP recovered nicely and is well ahead of where it was at prior to her tenure.

most of the candidates on both sides preach that same naive and antiquated stand against Putin. Frankly, Putin saved us from a war with Syria. i think Trump would work well with Putin. Berlusconi is Putin’s best friend, they’re like brothers. Possible Trump could get along with Putin as well.

Graham is a polar opposite of what a libertarian would want. He spends big money, loves war, and has a nice little totalitarian streak in him that he’s shown us.

I guess Lindsey sees Trump as the most electable and therefore is hitching his wagon to Trump’s train in hopes of a nice appointment or other favor. While this is the first time that Lindsey has spoken the truth in a long time, I don’t think he said it for truth’s sake.

Nobody should be surprised. Fox News is part of the Republican Party Power structure. They are the propaganda division of the Republican Party. People who worked there say Fox gets talking points memorandums from the RNC every day, and disseminate them to their reporters. The GOP leadership wants to kill Trump, and they directed Fox to go after him.
