NORTH CAROLINA BOUND …
Posting will be a bit light this beautiful Friday as our founding editor and his growing brood of adorable (if he does say so himself) rug rats hit the road and head for the mountains of North Carolina.
And yes … they’ll probably wait till they reach the Tar Heel State before disembarking from the interstate (yikes).
No matter how bad anybody has to “potty.”
Anyway, wanna keep up with Will Folks (a.k.a. Sic Willie) and his crew? Follow him on Twitter (here) or on his Facebook pages (WORK and PLAY).
Also, he won’t be completely out of pocket so if you’ve got a news scoop for FITS to break hit up our tip line or send your info directly via email. As always, we religiously protect our sources.
Oh … as we travel to North Carolina it reminds us: Lawmakers here in the Palmetto State wasted a golden opportunity this year to match the income tax relief the Tar Heel State is providing its citizens. North Carolina slashed its top rates of 7.7 and 7.0 percent to a flat rate of 5.8 percent in 2014 – and that reduced rate will further drop to 5.75 percent in 2015.
If South Carolina ever hopes to be competitive economically, it needs to reduce its anti-competitive 7 percent rate – which is assessed on all income over $14,251.

Enjoy the rain… but also the the cheap tobacco and liquor stores that stay open late.
Obama headed to the vineyard…his and Paul’s disciple headed for the mountains…as your handiwork manifests. No one is surprised. LMAO….
Have fun. Watch out for the illegals there.
Is he starting to look more like Aunt Bee?
If I See you in Saluda I am going to give you a titty twister for all the milk baby content.
Enjoy your trip (we need a rest too). When you have a few moments, Will, work up a couple of paragraphs for your soon-to-be-published book, ” Small-town Girls with Big Illusions.”
You vacation more than Obama
