1st Tuesday of every month; 10:00 am – 12 noon
Fairfield County Library

Newberry County:
Staffed by: Linda McCall
1st Tuesday of every month; 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
County Courthouse Annex
1309 College St.; Newberry

Lancaster County:
Staffed by: Leslie Allen
2nd Tuesday of every month; 10:00 am – 12 noon
Lancaster City Hall
216 S. Main St.; Lancaster

Chester County:

Staffed by: Leslie Allen
2nd Tuesday of every month; 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
War Memorial Building
154 Main St.; Chester

Union County:
Staffed by: Park Gillespie
3rd Thursday of every month; 10:00 am – 12 noon
USC-Union
309 E. Academy St.; Union

Kershaw County:

Staffed by: Bobbie Williams
3rd Thursday of every month; 12 noon – 2:00 pm

Lee County:

York, Chester, Fairfield, Lancaster and Newberry Counties will be serviced within the Rock Hill District Office located at 1456 Ebenezer Road.  Cherokee, Union, and Spartanburg Counties will be serviced within the Gaffney District Office located at 110 Railroad Avenue.  Sumter, Lee, and Kershaw Counties will be serviced within the Sumter District Office located at 531-A Oxford Drive.
