Solicitor David Pascoe
Solicitor David Pascoe will be providing legal analysis for FITSNews for the duration of the Murdaugh murder trial.
Solicitor Pascoe was elected Solicitor for the First Judicial Circuit in 2004. The First Circuit is comprised of Orangeburg, Calhoun, and Dorchester Counties.
Solicitor Pascoe graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Citadel in 1989 and from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1993. After graduating Law School, Solicitor Pascoe went to work as a State Prosecutor with both the Fifth Circuit Solicitor’s Office and Attorney General’s Office.
As an Assistant State Prosecutor, he successfully tried over one hundred violent crime cases in front of juries across this state. He was also profiled on Court TV for his successful prosecution of one of this State’s only murder trials where the victim’s body has never been discovered.
