‘Rose Petal Murder’ Appeal: Another Extension

Had Parcell not been murdered, neither Post nor Parcell would likely be facing any charges because the evidence of their alleged abuse of the minor was only discovered from law enforcement looking at Post’s phone, which wouldn’t have happened but for the murder. Hughes had no actual knowledge of any abuse – just suspicions based on what Mello told him. The same Mello that offered Hughes money to kill Parcell.

Also, the appeal is handled by Alan Wilson’s office for the state. Not the local solicitor.
