The Boehnor/Ryan strategy now is that by removing budget debates from their daily duties, Obamacare turncoats will vote for the GOP in 2014, keeping the House and flipping the Senate to the GOP. Yet, if this does not materialize, Pelosi will and Reid will have 2015-16 to push through their agenda w/o having to stop and pass budget bills.
A politicians promises aren’t worth the money you pay for them.
