There are not many issues that you can get conservatives and progressives in South Carolina to agree upon. However, Lindsey Graham’s shamelessness and his egregious actions on Iran may have opened up an opportunity.
Graham has created particular disdain among both groups in the state. For progressives, many are against him based on their opposition to the majority of the platform that he represents. However, for them Graham has a special level of distaste because they see him as not standing for anything – and shifting based on the political winds for his own political advantage. For example, he went from being a bitter critic of Donald Trump to being his top “ally.” He went from being a passionate advocate for immigration reform to someone who will not discuss it.
However, conservatives also have issues with Graham. They also know that deep down he is an opportunist and will change based on whatever works to his political advantage. They also know that almost more than anyone, he was the one trying to convince Trump to go into Iran. He’s also the one pushing for regime change in Cuba, intervention in Mexico, and continued global hostility.

All of these things work against the message that many people believed when they voted for the MAGA movement. One of the clear tenants of MAGA was no more endless wars. There are still those in the MAGA movement that believe in this important ideal, but Graham – who was never really part of the movement – is trying to subvert that objective and instead is pushing a type of neoliberalism that would even make George W. Bush and Dick Cheney blush.
Wherever you fall on the political spectrum, we ask you to come out statewide this Saturday (March 21, 2026) to protest Lindsey Graham’s illegal war in Iran.
Here is where you can join us on Saturday…
- Columbia (S.C. State House -11:00 a.m. EDT)
- Summerville (Hutchinson Square – 12:00 p.m. EDT)
- Greenville (City Hall – 1:00 p.m. EDT)
- North Charleston (City Hall – 3:30 p.m. EDT)
We hope that Graham is defeated in the primary, and then the people of South Carolina can settle their differences in the voting booth in 2026. However, I think we can agree that what we all want is someone who’s actually representing the interest of the people of South Carolina – not the weapons manufacturers or government of Benjamin Netanyahu.
Graham has said he is going to come back to South Carolina and ask us to send our sons and daughters to the Middle East for his chosen war. The people of our state need to send a resounding “no.”
We have an obligation as a state to speak out, and I hope those across the political spectrum can briefly put aside their other differences to remove this dangerous senator from our body politic.

I have voted against the chickenhawk war-monger for years, now. I get the feeling that the average SC voter is either severely retarded or the elections, to include primaries, are seriously rigged to keep Lindsey in office. IF the Republican Party, in the 2026 Republican Primary, cannot give us a better candidate than Lindsey Graham, I will vote a straight-ticket Democrat ballot. Please people, join me in doing so.
They are rigged.
Software that flips votes has been around since Graham’s first election to the Senate
I will never forget one of his first town balls where he screamed at the packed room for wanting illegal aliens rounded up, jailed or deported. Graham totally went postal in defenses of criminal illegals
The videos of that town hall were removed from YouTube.
Never trust a psychopath like Lindsey in sheep clothing. Sad he has latex this long. But election corruption is common place. And with electronics and software, it’s more frequent.
Government entities charged with securing the integrity of the voting system do wear masks of deception.
If you think Graham needs to go, well, buddy, you should think Trump needs to go too. Graham is grinning ear to ear and rubbing his hands together at Trump’s actions with Iran.
No argument about Trump, either.
I will vote against Lindsey in the primary. I will then vote for Dr. Annie Andrews in the election.
After Ultimate Super-Mega Warhawk (TM) John McCain plunked his knife into the back of the Republican Party when it was time to repeal Obamacare (after fundraising for years on the promise to repeal it), and then shuffled to the graveyard, Senator Sparklepants leapt to the controls to assume command of the Crippling Free Trade Neocon War Machine [International Corporation Subsidy Welfare sold separately]. About the only good thing he ever did was help get some decently conservative judges approved onto the Supreme Court. I can’t thing of anything else. You should hear how he gets booed by the folks in his own home county. But the problem is that we South Carolinians were really, really spoiled by the incredible political power of Strom Thurmond (R) and Fritz Hollings (D) to bring home the federal bacon to our state. Regardless of which party was in power, for almost 20 years we had either the #1 or #2 most senior senator in majority leadership. That thirst for a return to seniority power is, I believe, a big part of why no-one challenges this guy.
I voted mostly GOP until Trump came along and destroyed the party. I’ve voted against Graham for years but the nut bags in this state keep sending this clown back to the Senate. When I told people as I traveled what state I was from, there was always an outburst about what an absolute clown Graham was and they could never understand why the people of SC kept voting for him. My answer was this great state would put Hitler in office as long as he ran as a Republican. Some things in life just can’t be explained.
If a Republican ran on a platform to triple the cost of gasoline and a Democrat ran on a platform to cut it 65% of this state would vote for the Republican. They are functionally incapable of any critical thought and just parrot what FauxNews tells them. In the end so long as the Republican promises to hurt “the right people” they would vote Republican no matter what. Republicans are the party of hate and fear. What a bunch of snowflakes.
What does the “LG” in LGBTQ+ stand for?
Lindsey Graham
Good one!
He’s simply the worst. Vote him out!
