I read online about the arrest that a 4 year old had passed away. I hope there is a clear and thorough investigation into this situation.
Sounds like the statute is overly broad. Why did lawmakers fail to break it down? SC Supremes have struck down the wording of their work before.
Have seen lots of flip flopping amendments with words and punishments the last few decades. .
