Anonymous Summaries of Dismissed Complaints and Confidential Discipline Issued or Imposed on South Carolina Judges
Posted 06-25-2025

The Supreme Court has issued an order requiring disciplinary counsel and Commission counsel prepare and publish anonymous summaries of all complaints against judges that are dismissed or that result in confidential discipline. These anonymous summaries will be published quarterly beginning November 2025.

We the people will not tolerate the good old boy system anymore.
