States Seek Investigations Of ‘Covid Czar’

Presidential pardon a “shameful attempt to prevent accountability…”

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Despite receiving a preemptive, blanket pardon from former U.S. president Joe Biden, discredited Covid-19 czar Anthony Fauci could find himself on the receiving end of state-level investigations – and prosecutions – related to his mishandling of the global pandemic.

On Wednesday (February 5, 2025), South Carolina attorney general Alan Wilson announced he was leading a coalition of state attorneys general investigating Fauci’s role in the “Covid-19 pandemic response,” demanding accountability for “alleged mismanagement, misleading statements, and suppression of scientific debate.”

Among the misinformation advanced by Fauci and his disciples? The true origins of this virus… which our media outlet was all over from the beginning.

That lie fed many others… with calamitous consequences.

“The real conspiracy is the extent to which the lethality of this virus was oversold by health care ‘experts’ – resulting in an unnecessary societal shutdown that has crippled the American economy,” I wrote back in May of 2020.

In a letter (.pdf) to U.S. House speaker Mike Johnson and Senate majority leader John Thune, Wilson and the attorneys general of sixteen other states have asked congress to “provide them with any relevant findings that could lead to state investigations and potential prosecutions.”

The state-level prosecutors cited a December 2024 congressional report which detailed numerous “misleading public statements regarding COVID-19’s origins, mismanagement of National Institutes of Health (NIH) funding, and efforts to suppress scientific discussions about vaccine risks.”

The congressional report specifically rebuked Fauci and other officials for…

  • Hiding the Origins of COVID-19 – Evidence suggests Dr. Fauci worked to discredit the “lab leak” theory despite mounting evidence supporting it.
  • Misleading congress on NIH Funding – Dr. Fauci allegedly provided false testimony regarding NIH-funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
  • Failing to provide NIH oversight – The NIH reportedly mismanaged taxpayer funds by failing to properly oversee grants to EcoHealth Alliance, which funneled funding to the Wuhan lab.
  • Suppressing of Scientific Dissent – Prominent scientists who raised concerns about vaccine risks were allegedly silenced, limiting public awareness of potential side effects.

The letter makes it clear the state prosecutors are eager to hold “malign actors accountable” – even if Biden has preemptively absolved Fauci of any federal criminal conduct.

To that end, it asserts Johnson and Thune are “uniquely positioned” to provide them with information that could “outline potential courses of action under state law.”

“As you are aware, a pardon by former president Biden does not extend to preclude state-level investigations or legal proceedings,” the letter noted. “As state attorneys general, we possess the authority to address violations of state law or breaches of public trust. We are fully committed to investigating any malfeasance that may have occurred to the fullest extent of our authority and are prepared to collaborate with you in further efforts.”

“President Biden’s blanket pardon of Dr. Fauci is a shameful attempt to prevent accountability,” Wilson said in a statement accompanying the letter. “If any of these findings indicate violations of state laws, we are fully prepared to take appropriate action to ensure justice is served.”

I’ll use the Republicans’ favorite phrase – “witch hunt”.

What about the Fauci mouthpieces and “Amen chorus”, also known as epidemiologists such as “Doctor” Linda Bell in South Carolina? These quacks kept the lies and restrictions over Covid alive and active. Why not go after them, too?

Those million dead wouldn’t BE dead if they’d had access to Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine. Ask a doctor, not The View.

First, a big thank you to Attorney General Wilson, although this action should have begun about 3 or 4 years earlier. I would also suggest that AG Wilson also look into Fauci’s connection with the Department of Defense’s Operation Warp Speed. Bio-weapons, medical countermeasures, falsely labeled as vaccines, have been distributed (often mandated) via aggressive marketing. These toxic bio-weapon shots are the cause of an estimated 800,000 to 1 million American deaths, plus life changing injuries to millions of additional citizens. There is virtually no compensation for the victims and those responsible are supposedly shielded by law (although they should be able to sue as fraud was clearly committed). These “vaccines” need to be taken off the market.

Since Trump can’t weaponize the Department of Justice to persecute his perceived enemies the members of RAGA, “Republican” Attorneys General Association, are weaponizing their state governments to persecute retired Dr. Fauci.

Merriam-Webster on when to use prosecute versus persecute. One you do in court. The other you do if you’re a jerk.

Pray tell, what state or federal laws did Dr. Fauci violate? COVID-19 was an unknown when it came arrived. 400,000 died in America under Trump’s presidency. Trump certainly wasn’t providing leadership during the pandemic crisis. While he was at Walter Reed, he needlessly put his Secret Service team at risk for a joyride to see members of his cult.
