The mystery of what happened to South Carolina worship leader Mica Francis Miller in the days and weeks leading up to her suspicious death in April endures… but with each piece of new information released by authorities we get a little bit closer to the truth.
This week, our news team published a pair of stories related to the Miller saga (here and here) – including newly released versions of 911 calls and computer-aided dispatch (CAD) reports.
FITSNews research director Jenn Wood joined me on this week’s show to discuss all of the new information, and what to expect next in a saga that has dominated headlines on our media platform – and many other platforms – since we exclusively reported on it nearly eight months ago.
In our second segment, I interviewed Victoria Smith of the Victoria Smith Law Firm in Charleston, S.C. about a case which continues to drive debate across our country – the underlying motivation behind the December 4, 2024 assassination of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson on a midtown Manhattan sidewalk.
Victoria and I discussed in detail the “Deny, Delay, Depose” strategy insurers allegedly use to keep claimants from receiving the care to which they are entitled.

In our final segment, special projects director Dylan Nolan and I discussed the dysfunction in our nation’s capital as a lame duck congress and president-elect Donald Trump‘s team did battle over a bill to fund the federal government through March 14, 2025.
A compromise was eventually passed, but the process was anything but dignified… with several South Carolina politicos finding themselves at the center of the mudslinging in our nation’s capital.
Once again, a big thanks to everyone who tuned in this week and please remember – your support drives everything we do here at FITSNews.
