Hate to tell you this but, from experience, this “abuse” case is more or less the standard operating procedure at every jail and prison I’ve seen in South Carolina. And I’m sure SC is not alone.
There is a culture of punitive no corrections all across the system at SCDOC.
If you report to administration there is retribution .
This is not what the mission is. There is a huge lack at Camille Graham.
