FITSNewsSavannah Nabors – the woman who accused Greenville County, South Carolina sheriff Will Lewis of rape, stalking and an attempted coverup of these alleged crimes – has temporarily cancelled a press conference scheduled for this week.
Nabors’ highly anticipated media event – which was supposed to have been held on Wednesday (September 20) – has been “postponed for now” according to her attorney, Lauren Taylor.
Taylor told us media will be advised when the press conference is rescheduled.
Nabors, 23, is a former Greenville sheriff’s employee who claims Lewis sexually assaulted her earlier this year – a story that broke exclusively on FITSNews last month. These allegations are the subject of an ongoing S.C. State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) investigation – news of which also broke exclusively on this website.
Nabors is continuing to cooperate with that investigation, her attorney tells us.
Obviously we will keep our readers informed as to the latest developments in this case …
