SUMTER, SC — Democratic congressional candidate Archie Parnell, the businessman and tax expert, released his first television commercial in the SC-05 special election to replace Trump-appointee Mick Mulvaney.
In the commercial, Parnell emphasizes that he is not a career politician. The promises he makes are promises he will keep. Parnell says he is running on his business experience and tax expertise to deliver on specific priorities: cutting taxes for working families, protecting Social Security and Medicare, and taking care of our veterans.
The ad will air on network and cable television, as well as online.
The Democratic primary is next Tuesday, March 2. The general election is June 20.

ANNOUNCER: He’s the one man who will solve all your problems, and bring Clemson and Carolina fans together.
ARCHIE PARNELL: Wait, what?
Look, politicians promise… then don’t deliver.
