“DIRTY TRICKS” BACK IN ACTION IN SOUTH CAROLINA UPSTATE

U.S. Senator Ted Cruz is the target of one of the first overt “dirty tricks” of the 2016 South Carolina GOP presidential primary.

Multiple sources in the socially conservative Upstate region of the early-voting Palmetto State – where Cruz is expected to perform exceedingly well – tell us they are receiving multiple mail pieces accusing him of being supported by the homosexual lobby.

“Ted Cruz claims he is pro-marriage between one man and one woman …” the flyer states in all its grammatical glory.  “BUT he has no problem taking BIG CHECKS from gay men.”

(Emphasis original).

Yeah … and we thought U.S. Senator Marco Rubio of Florida was going to be the candidate hit with the “gay bomb” in South Carolina.

Take a look …

Wow …

Cruz is currently in second place in South Carolina receiving the support of 17 percent of likely GOP primary voters, according to the latest aggregate polling data from RealClearPolitics.  That puts him twenty points behind frontrunner Donald Trump, but ahead of U.S. Senator Marco Rubio of Florida (14.3 percent), Ohio governor John Kasich (10.5 percent) and former Florida governor Jeb Bush (10 percent).
