|| By FITSNEWS || A marauding band of black youths wreaked havoc on downtown Charleston, S.C. this weekend – committing multiple assaults and robberies.
Just in time to celebrate South Carolina’s newest No. 1 ranking, right?
“It was like swarms of bees,” downtown resident Kathleen Russell told WCBD TV 2 (NBC – Charleston, S.C.) “They’re all yelling and screaming and then I’ve never seen so many police men coming down the street and the kids would disperse real quickly.”
The violence triggered warnings from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), a government-run medical school located in downtown Charleston.
“Please be advised there has been a report of 15 black males assaulting and robbing suspects walking near MUSC campus area,” an alert from the school warned. “Please notify MUSC Public Safety of any suspicious person or activities in the area.”
Thankfully there were no serious injuries associated with the lawlessness …
No arrests have been made in connection with the assaults and robberies either, though.

Folks’ implication: If MUSC was not “government-run” this would never have happened.
University hospitals often deal with very uncommon or difficult to treat conditions other hospitals might be ill-equipped to handle. There are plenty of advances in medical science that come out of these hospitals. Some are private, some are public, but most of them do great work either way. But politics demands good guys versus bad guys so we better not mention that.

Well, we are in similar boats. I’m a rare case, single dad doing it all with he and his younger sister. Lucky for me, I’ve known many of his closest friends and friends parents for years so it’s difficult to get one over, but JFC its increasingly hard to keep tabs on everything that goes on these days. I graduated high school in the late 80s and I’m certain my parents and grandparents thought things were going to hell in a handbag back then, but I’m pretty sure I came out of about the last glimmer of a simpler time. We are in a western civilization free fall.

My niece is a student at CofC and that’s not the way she described it to me. They were mugging people and being intentionally harassing. She thought about calling her stepfather, her Mom, and me, but she was worried we’d bring the Calvary and be loaded for bear plus some.
