WELL … ASSUMING SHE GETS CONFIRMED
|| By FITSNEWS || South Carolina’s “Agency Head Salary Commission” – which arbitrarily inflates the six-figure salaries taxpayers shell out for their corrupt and/ or incompetent bureaucrats – will meet next week to consider compensation for the next director of the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC).
Who’s that going to be?
If S.C. governor Nikki Haley has her way (and she probably will), it will be her longtime confidant and secret keeper-in-chief, Eleanor Kitzman.
Is that a good choice? Um, no. Not at all. In fact it’s an absolutely terrible choice …
Which is probably why all of the top staffers from the previous director – Catherine Templeton – have all jumped ship.
Oh well, we’re sure the commission (which is welcoming two new legislative members at its next meeting) will throw a big number out there … even though Kitzman’s nomination has yet to be confirmed by the S.C. Senate.

Don’t really know of any that have jumped ship. Jamie Schuster is still there, and Barbara Derick is still there(on TERI). Her personal “boy toy” Austin Smith left last year…..

Leatherman runs the salary commission. If he pays Eleanor a lot of money that means he and haley are dancing in private, arguing in public. It also mean she will capitulate to Leatherman on the gas tax.

Gee, I thought this was going to be about the $75 (+/-) per hour that the corrupt board is paying her NOW to assess what’s going on at DHEC?
Does the board NOT KNOW what DHEC has been doing under Templeton?
Any story about DHEC – like with magistrates and judges who grant bail – should include the names of all the board members.
Eleanor is completely unqualified. She will turn DHEC into a cash machine for Haley. All those big companies wanting favors with permits, licenses, certificates of need etc.

I don’t know, but why does it seem plausible Kitzman has a strap-on in her bedroom?
Kitzman will be vetted by the Senate Committee chaired by Harvey Peeler. There is a strong rumor around the State House that Kitzman and Peeler had a torrid affair. I don’t know if this is true but if it is, Mr. Peeler should disqualify himself from the consideration, don’t you think?
