Fourth Circuit: Gay Marriages In SC Should Proceed

By FITSNEWS || A gay marriage showdown is looming in South Carolina after the U.S. Fourth Circuit court of appeals – which struck down Virginia’s ban on same sex marriage earlier this year – denied South Carolina’s bid to suspend a lower court ruling declaring the Palmetto State’s ban unconstitutional.

Last week, U.S. District Court judge Richard Gergel ruled that South Carolina’s gay marriage ban – which was passed by voters in 2006 – was unconstitutional.

Gergel’s ruling indicated that – barring a stay by the fourth circuit – gay marriage in South Carolina could commence on November 20.

That’s noteworthy because South Carolina is currently the only state in the fourth circuit blocking gay marriages.

S.C. Attorney General Alan Wilson – who sought the delay – says he will appeal the fourth circuit’s decision to the U.S. Supreme Court, which earlier this year refused to rule on the fourth circuit’s invalidation of the Virginia ban.

Wilson’s logic?  A decision from the sixth circuit upholding the right of states to ban gay marriage – which essentially leaves the issue in limbo until the high court rules.

“This issue has not yet been resolved nationally,” Wilson said.  “It is still likely the U.S. Supreme Court will address conflicting rulings between federal circuit courts of appeal. Therefore, today’s ruling by the fourth circuit does not end the constitutional obligation of this office to defend South Carolina law. We continue to believe the doctrine of federalism and the Tenth Amendment should allow South Carolina’s unique laws to be considered at the highest appropriate court of appeal. We will be seeking an application to the U.S. Supreme Court for a stay shortly.”

Yeah …

Is anybody dizzy yet?

This website’s oft-stated view on this issue has been made abundantly clear: No government – local, state or federal – should have the ability to ban (or compel) marriage, gay or straight, or plural.  That’s because marriage isn’t a government institution, it’s a religious one – meaning the question should be left to individual congregations.

In fact we view this ongoing legal charade as further evidence of the need to remove government from this debate altogether.

Since when did a religious covenant require government’s imprimatur?

As for civil unions, we believe the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment compels government to acknowledge both homosexual and heterosexual unions … even plural unions.

redefine marriage for Dumb@$$#$ whose identity is based on what they do in the bedroom…

When people see same-race, opposite-sex couples, there isn’t anything on display about what they do in the bedroom.

In the case of interracial marriages, racist bigots know that two separate races are boinking, and therefore demanded state bans on those kinds of unions.

In the case of same-sex marriages, homophobic bigots know that two men or two women are boinking, and therefore demand state bans on those kinds of unions.

Of course, straight same-race couples can engage in all kinds of “perversions” that religious assholes would also like to ban, but luckily for them their preferences aren’t on full display for prude assholes like you to judge and rally to ban.

Religion has NOTHING to do with it…

With marriage? I agree. Religion is entirely optional to marriage. Marriage is an individual right.

With bigotry? Ehh, that’s a mixed bag. Plenty of bigoted statements and defenses of second-class citizenhood made in the name of religion. (Plenty of execution of gays based on religion in other parts of the world too.) That being said, just because plenty of bigots are religious doesn’t mean religious people are necessarily bigots.

Shut the F*#k up you Cliched idiot. When you define your BEING by the type sex you have, it makes you almost non-human.

Because you practice a different, non-procreation sexual style does not give you ANY right to redefine the institution of marriage that was established by the people who Built this country and its laws.

Sexual preference is not a civil rights-based identifier, you lockstep Dumb@$$….

The name Nero is proverbial for murder, rape, sodomy, incest, cruelty, and every kind of crime imaginable.

In the first recorded false flag operation in history, he burned Rome and then blamed it on the Christians.

The diabolical monster Nero ordered the execution of the Apostle Paul.

In 65 AD, the mad Pontiff Nero crowned all his other debauches by a same-sex marriage. Nero married a male look-alike of his murdered wife Poppaea Sabina.

Same sex-marriages are the final stages of corruption before the end of time. The Bible says that JEHOVAH created Adam and Eve . . . not Adam and Steve.

aaglaas November 19, 2014 at 11:53 am

Wow, never heard that one before! You’re original… yeah! So you know that by the standards of your belief that Cain and Abel had to have sex with their unnamed sisters?

People like you also say that ‘God’ made marriage only between one man and one woman, but that’s a lie as well.

There were a variety of unions and family configurations that were permissible in the cultures that produced the Bible, and these ranged from monogamy (Titus 1:6) to those where rape victims were forced to marry their rapist (Deuteronomy 22:28-29) and to those Levirate marriage commands obligating a man to marry his brother’s widow regardless of the living brother’s marital status(Deuteronomy 25:5-10; Genesis 38; Ruth 2-4).

Polygamy is mentioned several times over in the Bible and never once is it condemned. Caleb had two wives (1 Chronicles 2:18) and two concubines (1 Chronicles 2:46, 48). Gideon had many wives (Judges 8:30). Lamech practiced polygamy (Genesis 4:19). Abraham likewise had more than one wife (Genesis 16:3-4; 25:6 “concubines”). Nahor, Abraham’s brother, had both a wife and a concubine (Genesis 11:29; 22:20-24). ). Elkanah is recorded as having two wives, one of which was the godly woman Hannah (1 Samuel 1:1-2, 8-2:10). ). Shaharaim had at least four wives, two of which he “sent away” (1 Chronicles 8:8-11

David, “a man after God’s own heart” (1 Samuel 13:14; Acts 13:22), had at least 8 wives and 10 concubines (1 Chronicles 1:1-9; 2 Samuel 6:23; 20:3).

Rehoboam had eighteen wives and sixty concubines (2 Chronicles 11:21), and sought many wives for his sons (1 Chronicles 11:23). Abijah had fourteen wives (2 Chronicles 13:21). Ahab had more than one wife (1 Kings 20:7). Solomon, who breached both Deuteronomy 7:1-4 and 17:14-17, had 700 wives and 300 concubines (1 Kings 11:1-6). Jehoram had wives who were taken captive (2 Chronicles 21:17).

Jehoiada the priest gave king Joash two wives (2 Chronicles 24:1-3), and Jehoiachin had more than one wife (2 Kings 24:15). Jacob entered into polygamy (Genesis 29:20-30), and later he received two additional wives making a grand total of four wives (Genesis 30:4, 9).

Esau took on a third wife wishing it might please his father Isaac (Genesis 28:6-9). Ashur the father of Tekoa had two wives (1 Chronicles 4:5). Michael, Obadiah, Joel, Ishiah, and those with them “had many wives” (1 Chronicles 7:3-4 )

So, the argument about ‘Biblical’ marriage always being between ‘1 man & one woman’ is shown to be the falsehood it is.

One spokesperson for the Coalition for Lesbian and Gay Rights has stated that the ultimate goal of the gay liberation movement is “freedom of sexual expression for young people and children.” The writer says, “We gain nothing by limiting our defense of homosexual love to consensual sex between adults. It is absurd to charge gay men who share their sexuality with boys as “˜child molesters’” (Stockton Record 1979). Is this what the Constitution of the United States was designed to protect?

A little stress relief for nuts:

In a story that would make anyone go “ewe,” a 23-year-old Fresno State computer engineering student has been accused of copulating with a sheep in order to “relieve stress” resulting from his final exams.

The student, whose identity has not been released, was reportedly inebriated at the time he embarked on his illicit encounter, notes the Daily Mail. The incident occurred around 3 am. The sheep had been used for breeding purposes within the school’s agricultural department.

The Mail notes that student Marisa Burkdoll, whose responsibility it is to take care of the sheep, expressed disgust after hearing about the incident and called for the male accused to be thrown into jail. The male was reportedly apprehend by police but then released pending one charge of sexual assault.

One more time(damn,you’re bullheaded):Marriage=Civil Union
Churches are for weddings,OK,bitch?

Edmund Burke November 18, 2014 at 6:53 pm

The “marriage is exclusively religious” argument is specious. Marriage certainly exists in the secular world, and has since before the United States – and, in fact, before “religion,” and among non-religious people.
As un-PC as this may seem, Same Sex Marriage bans enacted into state law are not “unconstitutional.” If so, when did they become so?
The Federal Government does not have the power or authority to redefine traditional marriage as between two men or two women, or plural or bigamous or between siblings. All of these marital relationships have at various times been considered socially acceptable, but all have been banned by some States, at various times, for legitimate reasons.
I am not a racist or homophobe. I am a conservative, and as such, I do not support an effort by the Federal Government to redefine traditional societal norms of marriage to respond to recently popular trends, and then allow the Feds to impose this new definition on States that do not share these views, in the name of supremacy or consistency. This is in fact what is unconstitutional.
Gay people should certainly have the right to enter into binding and legally enforcable civil agreements to behave as if married. I have no problem with this. They should have the right to find a Church that will consecrate this union, if that is their choice and belief, if the Church is willing to do so. They can call themselves “married.” What do I care?
But they should not have the right to use Federal Governmental force to impose their recently popular, but non-traditional views on others that do not share these views. This is called tyranny.
Nothing in our highly mobile society prevents a gay person from moving to a State that has come to allow gay marriage through the normal democratic process. When residing in a State that does not, like SC, their marriage should be treated as a civil union and accorded all the rights and privileges of secular marriage. This solves the consistency issue, while leaving marriage “defined” in its traditional sense, in States where the political process has resulted in laws that make this determination.
To the extent that SC law seeks to ban “civil unions” between same sex adults, this should be declared unconstitutional, as it interferes with the right to contract, which is recognized as a federal constitutional right.
Anything else is judicial activism and Federal invasion of State soveriegnty, what’s left of it that is.
Mr. Wilson should be praised for this courageous and principled stand.
And while I am at it, as I expect this counter, how is this stand any different from George Wallace’s odious stand on the steps of the school house in an effort to perpetuate segregation, this is different. The 14th Amendment doomed that position and rendered it legally invalid. Sexual preference is not accorded the same constitutional protection as race. Until it is, by a duly enacted Constitutional Amendment – which I would whole heartedly support, btw – States should have the right to maintain and defend the traditional definition of marriage as between a man and woman.

Buz Martin November 18, 2014 at 7:23 pm

There have been REAL studies on it. Homosexuals are about ten times more likely to molest a child than heteros. And we will not leave a child alone with a man, if it’s a female…because of the possibility.

But Gays get into the priesthood, mentor-ships and scouts just to abuse little boys. NAMBLA is fairly active in the gay lobby. Why do you lie about what the F*#k you are? From Scotusblog:

So far, the Supreme Court has refused to grant review of any of the recent lower court decisions striking down same-sex marriages, and it has also refused to delay those rulings. If the pattern holds in the South Carolina case, that would make it the thirty-fourth state in which same-sex couples could begin to seek marriage licenses.

“A request for a postponement by the Supreme Court is the only option left to South Carolina, since the Fourth Circuit not only refused a delay until it can rule on the state’s pending appeal, but also declined even to grant a temporary delay to give the state time to go to the Supreme Court.

Also, too: “Elsewhere in South Carolina, U.S. District Judge
Michelle Childs of Columbia ruled
unconstitutional the state’s refusal to recognize marriages performed
outside of the state for same-sex couples living in South Carolina. Her decision on Tuesday found
that this refusal violated constitutional guarantees of legal equality and due
process of law.”

No Mo Rals Jr. November 19, 2014 at 11:25 am

No longer content to practice their perversion behind closed doors, homosexuals have moved into the mainstream of society and are flaunting their immorality in the most extravagant ways imaginable. Marching in “Gay Pride” parades, they thrust lewdness in the faces of men, women, and children alike. Their agenda has no limits.

They are demanding their full “human rights” which, according to them, include the right to hold influential governmental positions, the right to teach in schools, the right to “marry,” and the right not to be “discriminated against” in any job. Huge corporations have capitulated to the powerful gay-rights lobby, and even cities (such as San Francisco) have caved in to this movement so that private businesses have been forced to acknowledge “civil unions.”Now, “gay marriage” is in their nation-wide agenda as they await the snail-paced process of legal review on a state-by-state basis.

The very fact that so many within our country have taken a tolerant—even sympathetic—view of this perverted movement, ought to be a danger signal to every moral-minded person in the United States.

aaglaas November 19, 2014 at 11:55 am

For the first 300 years of Christianity, gay people were not persecuted… but as soon as they gained political dominance, look how quickly and brutally things changed.. this is why our Founding Fathers wisely chose to separate Church and State. The only ‘perversion’ here is the persecution, brutality, imprisonment, torture, and murder enacted upon gay people by self-described Christians for the past 1600 years in the name of Christ.

305- 306 – Council of Elvira (now Granada, Spain). This council was representative of the Western European Church and among other things, it barred homosexuals the right to Communion.

314 – Council of Ancyra (now Ankara, Turkey). This council was representative of the Eastern European Church and it excluded the Sacraments for 15 years to unmarried men under the age of 20 who were caught in homosexual acts, and excluded the man for life if he was married and over the age of 50.

342 – Under advice from their bishops, the first law against same-sex marriage was promulgated by the Christian emperors Constantius II and Constans.

390 – Under advice from their bishops, Christian emperors Valentinian II, Theodosius I and Arcadius declared homosexual sex to be illegal and those who were guilty of it were condemned to be burned alive in front of the public.

498 – In spite of the laws against homosexuality, the Christian emperors continued to collect taxes on male prostitutes until the reign of Anastasius I, who finally abolishes the tax.

529 – The Christian emperor Justinian I (527–565) made homosexuals a public scapegoat for problems such as “famines, earthquakes, and pestilences.”

589 – The Visigothic kingdom in Spain, is converted from Arianism to Catholicism. This conversion leads to a revision of the law to conform to those of Catholic countries. These revisions include provisions for the persecution of gays and Jews.

693 – In Iberia, Visigothic ruler Egica of Hispania and Septimania, demanded that a Church council confront the occurrence of homosexuality in the Kingdom. The Sixteenth Council of Toledo issued a statement in response, which was adopted by Egica, stating that homosexual acts be punished by castration, exclusion from Communion, hair shearing, one hundred stripes of the lash, and banishment into exile.

1120 – Baldwin II of the Kingdom of Jerusalem, convenes the Council of Nablus to address the vices within the Kingdom. The Council calls for the burning of individuals who perpetually commit homosexual acts.

1179 – The Third Lateran Council of Rome issues a decree for the excommunication of homosexuals.

1232 – Pope Gregory IX starts the Inquisition in the Italian City-States. Some cities called for banishment and/or amputation as punishments for 1st- and 2nd-offending homosexuals and burning for the 3rd or habitual offenders.

1260 – In France, first-offending homosexuals lost their testicles, second offenders lost their member, and third offenders were burned. Women caught in same-sex acts could be mutilated and executed as well.

1265 – Thomas Aquinas argues that homosexuality is second only to murder in the ranking of sins.

1283 – The French Civil Code dictated that convicted homosexuals should not only be burned but also that their property would be forfeited.

1370s – Jan van Aersdone and Willem Case were two men executed in Antwerp in the 1370s. The charge against them was same gender intercourse. Aersdone and Case stand out because records of their names have survived.

1432 – In Florence the first organization specifically intended to prosecute homosexuality is established, the “Night Officials”, which over the next 70 years arrest about 10,000 men and youths.

1451 – Pope Nicholas V enables the papal Inquisition to persecute men who practice homosexuality.

1475 – In Peru, a chronicle written under the Capac Yupanqui government describes the persecution of homosexuals with public burnings and destruction of homes (a practice usually reserved for conquered tribes).

1483 – The Spanish Inquisition begins. Homosexuals were stoned, castrated, and burned. Between 1540 and 1700, more than 1,600 people were prosecuted for homosexuality.

1532 – Holy Roman Empire makes homosexuality punishable by death.

1533 – King Henry VIII passes the Buggery Act 1533 making anal intercourse punishable by death throughout England.

1620 – Brandenburg-Prussia criminalizes homosexuality, making it punishable by death.

1721 – Catherina Margaretha Linck is executed for lesbianism in Germany.

The majority of South Carolinians opposed desegregation, many of the using scripture as the basis for their stance. Fortunately, then as now, the courts made the right decision, dragging this backwards state out of 19th century. It truly is a Great Day in SC!

Homosexuality flourished and was accepted for over a 1,300 years within the Greek culture, and for almost 900 years of Roman culture, without causing any ‘downfall’ of civilization as some people today claim will happen if such as I are able to get married. Yet, within a little over 100 years after Christians gained political dominance in Rome, and had renamed Byzantium as Constantinople, the entire Classical civilization and culture collapsed… after they had forbade freedom of religion under pain of death, freedom of thought, shut down the Olympics, the theaters, the gymnasiums, and schools of learning.

They basically killed civic culture as it had been. The cities began to decline and fall into ruin. Public libraries were closed or abandoned since the majority of the citizens within 2 generations had lost the ability to read. Knowledge of sculpture, realistic depicted artwork, civil-engineering, and all that a robust and educated civic life engenders, withered and died. After all, you were told the world was going to end at any moment, and you didn’t need to know anymore than what the religious authorities told or forced you to believe, let alone worry about ‘secular’ knowledge or interests.

The ancient world had been a relatively tolerant place in the world of religion. There were occasional bursts of persecution of this or that sect but as a rule many religions existed side by side. The fact that the Christians were persecuted at times, does not excuse what they did upon coming to power.

During the years 390 CE to 395 CE all this changed when Christianity established itself as the only religion in the Roman Empire and launched an all out campaign of religious terror against all other sects.

It was not until the Roman world was forcibly converted, and succumbed to an unforgiving and dictatorship-like form of Christianity (completely unlike the earlier peaceful and loving form of Christianity that had existed for 300 years), that we began to embark upon the Dark Ages.

On December 16, 342 AD, the Christian emperors Constantius II and Constans, under advice from their bishops, issued the following edict.. a law specifically outlawing marriages between men, and reads as follows:

“When a man marries in the manner of a woman, a woman about to renounce men, what does he wish, when sex has lost its significance; when the crime is one which it is not profitable to know; when Venus is changed into another form; when love is sought and not found? We order the statutes to arise, the laws to be armed with an avenging sword, that those infamous persons who are now, or who hereafter may be guilty, shall be subjected to exquisite punishment.” (Theodosian Code 9.7.3)

Christian emperors Theodosius and Arcadius on Aug 6, 390, under the advice of their bishops, issued the following edict.. an edict that would begin an evil persecution towards gay people that would last well over a thousand years:

“All persons who have the shameful custom of condemning a man’s body, acting the part of a woman’s to the sufferance of alien sex (for they appear not to be different from women), shall expiate a crime of this kind by being burned to death in the public sight of the people.” -Codex Theodosius IX. Vii. 6

What follows are quotes from the legal code of the Roman Empire as set forth by the Emperor Theodosius at the request of Christian leaders to crush competing religions. The legal persecution of non-Christian religions by Rome marked the beginning of a wave of religious terror that would remain in place until the eighteenth century.

“All writings whatever which Porphyry or anyone else has written against the Christian religion, in the possession of whomsoever they shall be found, shall be committed to the fire.” — Emperor Theodosius I.

“We command that all those proved to be devoting themselves to sacrificing or worshiping images be subject to the penalty of death.” — Codex Theodosianus, XVI.10.6

“It is Our will that all the peoples who are ruled by the administration of Our Clemency shall practice that religion which the divine Peter the Apostle transmitted to the Romans. According to the apostolic teaching and the doctrine of the Gospel, let us believe in the one deity of the father, Son and Holy Spirit, in equal majesty and in a holy Trinity. … The rest, whom We adjudge demented and insane, shall sustain the infamy of heretical dogmas, their meeting places shall not receive the name of churches, and they shall be smitten first by divine vengeance and secondly by the retribution of Our own initiative.” — Codex Theodosianus, XVI.1.2.

“No one shall consult a soothsayer, astrologer or diviner. The perverse pronouncements of augurs and seers must fall silent. … The universal curiosity about divination must be silent forever. Whosoever refuses obedience to this command shall suffer the penalty of death and be laid low by the avenging sword.” — Codex Theodosianus, IX.16.4

“The ability and right of making wills shall be taken from those who turn from Christians to pagans, and the testament of such an one, if he made any, shall be abrogated after his death.”– Codex Theodosianus, XVI.7.1.

“It is decreed that in all places and all cities the [pagan] temples should be closed at once, and after a general warning, the opportunity of sinning be taken from the wicked. We decree also that we shall cease from making sacrifices. And if anyone has committed such a crime, let him be stricken with the avenging sword. And we decree that the property of the one executed shall be claimed by the city, and that rulers of the provinces be punished in the same way, if they neglect to punish such crimes.”– Codex Theodosianus, XVI.10.4.

Thankfully society at large is now freeing itself from the type of self-professed ‘Christians’, who are full of hatred and condemnation towards anyone who doesn’t fit into their narrow view of reality, and who caused the Dark Ages to begin in the first place. Their mind-set is of the same type as those described above. Thankfully as well, more and more ‘true’ Christians have seen the errors of their ways on this issue and now openly and lovingly welcome gay souls and their loved ones, for the unique way that God created them.

It’s hilarious you guys still have that stick up your *** using past events to justify the present day.

aaglaas November 20, 2014 at 3:57 pm

I realize it’s more than a little above your meager reading comprehension ability and attention span… run back along and play with your godzilla toys, child. This is a conversation for adults.

Ancient18 November 20, 2014 at 5:29 pm

Wait a minute. I remember you! Yeah, you’re that guy who used to have a pic of a bald dude with sunglasses! Yeah, you were just as retarded back then! Good to see you, dude!

aaglaas November 20, 2014 at 5:34 pm

No, you must have me mistaken with someone else. You seem to be mistaken about a lot of things.

Ancient18 November 20, 2014 at 5:52 pm

No, I’ve seen you with Inis on a bunch of different sites. You’re completely flaming and completely radical. Out of control, really.

aaglaas November 20, 2014 at 5:59 pm

Hmm… it sounds like you’re obsessing about yourself again, as you do daily with homosexuality. You really should come out of the closet, since you dwell on and obsess about it every second of the day.

Ancient18 November 20, 2014 at 6:35 pm

You’d like that to be true, huh.

aaglaas November 20, 2014 at 8:37 pm

Not really.. besides being some ignorant, closeted, self-hating homosexual.. he most likely has a tiny manhood, besides having a tiny intellect as the issue of ‘happiness’ doesn’t come into play here at all.. I could care less.

Ancient18 November 21, 2014 at 1:42 pm

Lol, the fact you view disapproval as equivalent to attacking, is hilarious. You are so sheltered that even clams are jealous.

aaglaas November 21, 2014 at 1:43 pm

Those poor clams. :-)

Sorry, Fits, but marriage in the United States of America has ALWAYS been under the control of CIVIL, not religious, authorities. Marriage is not a religious institution, it is a civil institution — at least that is the case here in America, since our founding.

Don’t take my word for it. Take the word of actual historians and scholars of marriage.

Fits: you are 100% entitled to your political philosophies. But you’re not entitiled to just make up your own history. Facts are facts. Read and learn. You may still hold the exact same opinion after reading the brief above, but at least you’ll be more well informed.

Ancient18 November 20, 2014 at 3:39 pm

I don’t know whether you’re insane, or an expert troll. But I see you on every site that disagrees with you. And you’re always. Incorrect.

Ancient18 November 20, 2014 at 3:33 pm

Blacks and women don’t have a choice in being black or being women. They have to frame this in a way that intentionally fires people up by bringing up old wounds that are, in fact, completely irrelevant. Marriage isn’t a right. Benefits are a right. There is a perfectly acceptable, if in need of refinement, vessel for resolving this inflammatory, unnecessary, illogical, divisive, wholly unconstitutional, radical push. Civil Unions with every benefit provided. All people can apply for them regardless of race or sex, and if you want a marriage, go to a religious sect that will perform it for you. Take away benefits and marriage is a relationship. Governments don’t care about relationships. Hence, there is no compelling secular interest. It unduly entangles separation of church and state.

It forces people to have their businesses shut down, be fined, and threatened with imprisonment.

And frankly, it’s totalitarian. Learn to compromise. Stop being so fascist, LGBT movement.

1. People are born male or female.

2. Both enter puberty.

3. Both become aroused.

4. Arousal is explicitly for reproduction.

5. Reproduction is straight.

Therefore, all people are straight. All people get aroused. Arousal is for reproduction. Reproduction is straight.

It doesn’t matter if you choose not to have sex, or you don’t have sex biologically correctly. You still get aroused. Your body believes it is going to reproduce, and hence, is aroused. You can also get aroused at the prospect of receiving sexual gratification. Which is what happens with LGBT. They’re not actually sexually attracted to the same sex, but the sexual pleasure they offer them, the companionship, and that’s about it.

Let’s not forget that it IS a slippery slope.

Ancient18 November 20, 2014 at 6:38 pm

Oh yes. I have a few good links. Like the 2007 Folsom Street Fair where LGBT had BDSM sex in public in front of children. Be warned 18+ stuff! Page after page of pure homosexuality.

Then we have world renowned lesbian activist, Masha Gessen. Saying unequivocally that Gay “Marriage” is a lie and the goal is to destroy marriage and the traditional family. To which the crowd claps and cheers.
