“OH NO HE DIDN’T”
By FITSNEWS || A 23-year-old Orangeburg, S.C. woman is accused of stabbing her boyfriend to death after discovering text messages implicating him in a sexual relationship with another woman – a woman with whom he allegedly fathered a child.
Courtney Price told the police she was “tired of abuse” allegedly suffered at the hands of 24-year-old Samuel Denzel Simmons – and so she “cut him.”
Cut him good, it would appear.
Simmons – a native of Myrtle Beach, S.C. – was pronounced dead by emergency personnel who responded to the couple’s Orangeburg home early Saturday morning. He died of a single stab wound to the chest.
Sources say Simmons was still alive when emergency personnel arrived at the house, but died shortly thereafter.
Price has an infant son with Simmons, incidentally, and the child was at the home at the time of the stabbing. Price is currently still in police custody awaiting a bond hearing, while the child is staying with relatives.
“She looked into his cell phone and saw messages of him communicating with another female and when he was confronted about those messages, that’s when the stabbing occurred,” Lt. Alfred Alexander of the Orangeburg Department of Public Safety told reporter Jasmine Styles of WLTX TV 19 (CBS – Columbia, S.C.).
Pay attention, gentlemen … pay attention.
