S.C. Rep. Chip Limehouse has been sued by his opponent in the race for South Carolina House District 110.
Russell Guerard – who is challenging Limehouse for the GOP nomination – claims the incumbent fabricated information about his voting record in several direct mail pieces sent to voters by a third party organization.
According to Guerard, the pieces “contained intentionally false and misleading information … in an effort to slander, defame, and diminish him and his reputation in the eyes of Republican primary voters.”
Not only that, Guerard is alleging a direct link between the third party organization and Limehouse’s campaign – which would be a violation of state ethics law. In fact his suit specifically accuses Limehouse of accepting “an illegal excessive in-kind contribution by virtue of the development and distribution of this mailer.”
Guerard is represented by Columbia, S.C. attorney Butch Bowers – a longtime advisor to S.C. Gov. Nikki Haley.

Fat Boy Limehouse is a criminal. His campaign cronies have been putting flyers in and on people US postal mail boxes. The same is a criminal offense with punishment being jail and/or $10,000.00 fines for each single incident (mail box).

I really hope the people in District 110 wake up and vote this piece of shit out of office. The Limehouse family is part and parcel with what is wrong with the Republican Party in SC these days. Don’t forget about Chip’s pedophile relative in the Midlands who conveniently has allegations about his doings glossed over by the local constabulary.
While I won’t defend Chip, why hasnt FITS even produced a followup story about the midlands relative you referred to? It seems like if there was anything there, FITS would be all over it given his dislike for the family and his initial very general smear story about the matter.
in my dealings with Todd, he has always seemed like a good guy. Takes a lot of courage to attack someone from behind your fake moniker on FITS. If it’s true then I stand corrected and the guy is the lowest form of scum possible. I just feel like if you are going to throw those kinds of things around, then you should probably have something to back it up.
There is stuff to back it up there. Unfortunately, people who could back it up would be put in jeopardy, possibly physical or worse, if they came forward at this time.

It’s 10:30 AM. Chip has consumed over 4,000 calories in a hearty breakfast and can’t wait for lunch. These days sedentary males of his age who don’t exercise should consume no more than 1,200 calories per day. When Chip gets into the donuts right about now, it’s always a 10,000 calorie day, a good day.
