FITS has received a statement from rapper DMX’s publicist regarding his latest arrest in South Carolina.
“DMX was released at 9:46 p.m. Eastern Monday night,” the statement reads. “He was arrested on minor traffic charges and spent only three hours in jail. This short arrest will not affect any of his upcoming concerts and he is planning on performing with Swizz Beatz on Wednesday’s Wendy Williams Show.”
The multi-platinum artist has been arrested four times in South Carolina this year …

As someone who grew up with cops in the family, I know what the police are doing. They’re trying to catch him riding dirty.
He’s a dumbass…the last time he was arrested for no license/plates/insurance/etc I saw him in Greer. There was a POS car with no plates illegally parked at the “ghetto BiLo”. I was shaking my head wondering who was that stupid…out walks DMX and hops into the car.
The “law” knows him and they know he has no intention of following any rules (like getting plates for his car) so they stop him every time they see him. I used to think it was cool to see him around town, now it’s just sad.
