Former S.C. Gov. Mark Sanford is officially a member of the U.S. House of Representatives … again.
Sanford was sworn in to his new/ old post this week … and was promptly interviewed by gossip website TMZ, which wanted to know if the scandal scarred politician thought his comeback boded well for U.S. Rep. Anthony Wiener, whose 2011 “Twit-pic” scandal cost him his job.
Weiner is currently eyeing a bid for mayor of New York City.
“I’m worried about trying to get it right in my own life,” Sanford told TMZ.
“In other words — he doesn’t have time to focus on other weiners right now,” the site concluded.

Anyway, what’s the over under on Sanford’s next implosion? Six months? Three months?
And is he going to sleep in his office again the way he famously claimed to do from 1995-2001? Because our guess is his fianceé Maria Belen Chapur isn’t going to be down with that … and last time we checked girls aren’t allowed at C Street.

Read a report that Belen showed up at Sanford’s office after the luncheon party started. She was seen wheeling her luggage in. Were they going to sleep on the futon in his office last night?
Belen was late to the luncheon because she had to stop at the DOJ and the IRS Buildings to pick up some surveillance equipment for Mark’s office. I hear she also grabbed a semen kit at HHS to do some baseline testing of his futon.
Weiner would have some big shoes to fill. Rudy Giuliani went to court to try to get his wife to let his mistress move into the mansion with them. He also paid his mistresses expenses out of city funds. He gave her a city car and provided a police officer to drive her. She is now his wife, and his children still don’t like him or the stepmother……Weiner just took a few bad photos.
Bogart, it was common knowledge that Rudy and his wife were having marital problems so when it came out he had a girlfriend he did not deny it. He announced that he and his wife were getting a divorce, moved his girlfriend to live in Gracie Manor and proudly took her everywhere. What he did was so much better than what Sanford is doing. Rudy did not LIE and did not play cute games when reporters asked him questions. His ex-wife married her first love and they are very happy, don’t know about the children-they are adults now.
I’m tearing up just thinking about how thoughtful old Rudy was to his wife and children.

I found it crazy he had his former mistress and Mother together at the swearing in ceremony. This woman knew he was married with 4 children. This must be terribly hurtful for Jenny Sanford and her boys. How can he get over the pain he has caused others. Crazy.

He sounds like a devotee of Dr. Andrew Weil; all he needs to do is shave his head and wear a black nehru jacket.

You do provide original material, this one would be terrific with music. It appears similar to the Old Masters somewhat, and you made Nikki (previously) look hot. Both are appropriately timely.
The one of Will makes me think of this caption: “No, I’m not posting any more photos of Mrs. Fits wearing six-inch heels and mid-thigh skirts. No need to push up Shifty’s blood pressure.”
I can’t determine how to make some of the pictures smaller. They vary in size, and once posted can’t be edited. There are a few I wanted to delete later. But still lots of fun, and I try to show ones that make a point, either to the article or to someone else’s post.
