Laws should always have authority over men and women. Not men and women over laws.

This is one of thousands of examples of how people in state and local government are untrustworthy; judicial system included.

Excellent reporting, Fits :-)

Shame on Cordray! Shame on Heywood! Abuse of power at its finest.

Typical Corruption coming out of the top staff at NCPD and the Mayor’s office. Shockingly the only unethical part of this was the Human Resources Investigation.
