When did the SC Senate approve redistricting? They refused to take it up at the end of the regular session. Once they got it in special session, it was clear they were slow rolling any movement. The vote on second reading was tied into the decision to take off Sunday or Monday, which made it inevitable that the vote on Tuesday would face an uphill battle.
