In State government and all of it’s agencies, you can not restore anything with the same old people in their cozy non-productice government jobs. And I am talking hundreds of them who wear a mask of deception in the faces of their employer, the people of South Carolina.
Rat them out, file complaints for lawyer or judicial misconduct with evidence, alert the State Ethics Commissions with evidence, file complaints with evidence to agency heads and even law enforcement, the monster in them causes their fangs to come out.
Although the General Counsel for Clemson University even once said while referring to 200 lawyers he knees, “we are sick of the system, but we have to work it. If we speak out we will get blackballed.” The same can and does happen even to outspoken non lawyers, too.
Give government employees and public servants a hammer, many of them will find something or someone to pound with it. Even someone filling a legitimate complaint that has merit in every respect. But when government and their cronies hinder, interfere with, obstruct by any means in the free exercise and enjoyment of rights, it becomes a serious felony violation. Judges have been known to even violate the aforesaid with clearly illegal orders.
Mr Reddy is spot-on! Counties, and municipalities, are fast becoming some of the most controlling and evil governmental entities in their quest for absolute power. School boards and their endless thirst for more and more taxpayer money are a big part of that equation.
Rom, please, please, please don’t turn into another Skip Hoagland; a guy who started out years ago with his heart and mind in the right place and now writes incoherent diatribes in mass emails that no-one reads anymore and runs around sticking forks in the eyes of half the people who used to support him. You know what I’m talking about. Be focused and on-target.
“These agencies write regulations with the force of law”. Yes, they do, but those regulations all go through a public comment period AND the legislature gets to review them. Are you woefully uninformed or just leaving out facts?
Rest assured SC if you follow this uber rich dude into SC DOGE it will be every bit the failure of the Musk DOGE.
