I am a retired RN in the Upstate of SC. I am also a full time student at USC Upstate and running for House Seat #38. An interest of mine is why are rape kits are not processed in a timely method. I thought I heard Jen Webb state they were 18,000 kits behind. How do I contact her to ask if she is willing to share information gathered this far?
