If the SC Dept. of Health is mandating rabies “vaccines” for our dogs and cats they must be standing behind the safety and efficiency of these shots. No? I thought not. Then, why are they mandating drugs that can do serious harm to our pets, considering the small odds of contracting rabies? Seems like I’ve seen this before…
