I do not know any facts beyond those reported here and there; but I repeat here and there what I wrote after the Javeayah Harris tragedy: there should be a system to TEMPORARILY relieve parent(s) stressed out by the care for a problem child, no questions asked and no “black marks” on the parent(s)’s record before things end out in the tragedies we saw recently.
Who profits from a system which spends NOTHING on prevention and much on prosecution and defense?
Lawyers of course, be they publicly-paid prosecutors or publicly-paid court-appointed defenders.
This is not a nation under sensible laws but a nation under senseless lawyers.
