You obviously didn’t do much research on your own when you were in college. Apparently you absorbed the drivel you were fed or you would realize that the legislature controls everything in South Carolina. The Governor is merely a figurehead with no real power save the ability to appoint their benefactors to high paying boards. The Lt. Governor has absolutely no power. The AG on the other hand does have more power, and Wilson regularly abused that power by enriching his pals and looking the other way while the Quinndom, to which he was closely associated , kept the corruption in the state house going. And guess who went to the State Supreme Court to keep SLED and David Pascoe from digging further? That’s right, your chosen candidate. Last I checked Evette’s position as Lt. Governor is her first foray into the public sector. Just look who is endorsing Wilson, career insiders.
