I don’t know what County you live in, BUT here in Beaufort County , even if we get the 4% Assessment we DO Pay School Operating Taxes! Sun City on 278 had a Deal with Beaufort County to abate the School Taxes ( Very Unfair). I say ALL Elected Officials are Corrupt, From the Dog Catchers Up to the Federal Level!! I can show You Many cases of Corruption! From Home and Property Assessments to Storm Water Fees!!
