It’s ironic that the chief blogger here always refers to “Republicans” in quotes when the guy who is definitely not a Republican is Dementia J Trump.

Why in the world would a poor state like SC, which is heavily dependent on federal funds, give up their only Congressman who has any clout in Washington, namely Jim Clyburn? The other six Republicans have for years just been up there drawing a salary, or in the case of Ralph Norman and Nancy Mace, plotting how they can promote their political careers, or in the case of Joe Wilson, their son’s political career, or in the case of William Timmons or the recently departed Jeff Duncan, chasing women.

Blah, blah, blah. We all know the GQP has no spine when it comes to Trump. I have absolute confidence ol Henry will do what his Fuhrer tells him. Don’t expect any pushback from our do nothing Congressional delegation. A poor state headed by a party that cares only for the uber wealthy?? What could possibly go wrong??
