Josh is need of a personal investment from a Russian oligarch. I’m sure he knows a few.
A bit dog hollers, Josh. Lane Davis and Walt Wilkins are going to rock your world.
In business for 90 days? They have been accomplished lawyers for years. You all but admitted you were in the wrong after the first filing in this matter. By the way aren’t you blatantly violating the court by writing this op ed
If you love your family, focus on them. No one takes you seriously and no number of words will make this anything different than the slow motion train wreck that it is. Everyone can see it but you. The fact that you think there is even a 0.1% chance that you could even get reelected to Senate, shows that you are delusional. Just stop and cut your losses.
Nice touch roping Donald Trump and Jesus into the conversation as ideological wingmen. Megalomania can bring out some interesting memes.
I don’t know much at all about Josh Kimbrell, but a bit of looking around on line indicates he is a solid supporter of our Second Amendment rights. That is exceedingly rare in this state. He may just get my vote!
That’s your takeaway? You might want to dig a little deeper.
Anyone who has visited the Greenville county court webpage can clearly see the obvious evidence submitted by Rodger’s. He has the receipts. Josh on the other hand, apparently had not made any required responses to the lawsuit since October, initiating a motion to compel from Rodger’s and his attorneys. In addition, the investors Josh speaks of use the same language in their lawsuits as Josh does. I am 100% certain after reading their lawsuits he pushed them sue. Rodger’s attorneys responses to their lawsuits seem valid and I would be surprised if they are not dismissed as they are not entitled to sue because they are not members of the LLC and in SC Law a letter of intent is not a binding contract. Josh is going down. He can try to spin all he wants, but if you have a few few hours it’s compelling theater to read all the court filings. Do so and I know you will all see he is going to lose.
He’s a douche. Always has been, always will be. Bless His Heart. Corruption is as corruption does.
