The University of South Carolina has removed a litany of gender and pronoun choices from its graduate school application process after the institution of higher learning was called out by first district congresswoman (and 2026 gubernatorial candidate) Nancy Mace.

According to a post on Libs of TikTok – a popular conservative social media influencer – South Carolina’s grad school application featured fourteen options for an applicant’s gender: agender, genderqueer, gender nonconforming, intersex, intersex man, intersex woman, man, nonbinary, questioning, transgender, trans man, trans woman, woman and prefer not to disclose.

The school also offered applicants a litany of pronouns to chose from…

“This nonsense has to stop!” the influencers noted.

South Carolina’s application – like other bureaucratic bids to foist gender ideology on future generations – ran afoul of U.S. president Donald Trump‘s recent executive order regarding sex and gender definitions at federal agencies and institutions which receive federal funding.

“My administration will defend women’s rights and protect freedom of conscience by using clear and accurate language and policies that recognize women are biologically female, and men are biologically male,” Trump wrote in his order.

Mace blasted South Carolina for its failure to adhere to Trump’s order – and quickly called on the school to remove the offending language from its application. South Carolina complied with Mace’s request, according to a spokesman.

One of four leading candidates for governor of the Palmetto State in next June’s pivotal Republican primary election, Mace was quick to tout her success on social media.

“After learning of YET ANOTHER gender form listing more than a dozen made-up ‘gender identities’ on the University of South Carolina’s website, we reached out — and had it taken down,” Mace wrote on X. “We appreciate USC’s VERY swift response and IMMEDIATE removal. As governor, I’ll make sure our schools focus on education, not radical ideology. There are only two genders in reality: male and female.”

Libs of TikTok also thanked Mace for her advocacy…

Mace, 47, of Daniel Island, S.C. has been by far and away the most aggressive of the 2026 GOP candidates on hot button culture war issues. Her adeptness at generating earned media on this front has propelled her to the head of the Republican pack in the race for governor – although several recent polls would seem to indicate she is rubbing significant segments of the Palmetto State’s GOP electorate the wrong way.

Go get’’em Nancy! Isn’t it wonderful to have a Congresswoman (and wannabe governor) concentrate on the really important issues like gender identification and not concern herself with the fact that while she and her fellow members of Congress are enjoying a paid recess, many South Carolinians are doing without their federal paychecks and thousands of the poor, disabled, elderly, and children are doing without food.

Not that it matters but The House (of which Crazy Train is a member) has already passed their extension. The only ones on vacation are the Dems who, no kidding, took a junket to Qatar.

If she really wants to be goobernor, maybe she can get something done about the JMSC or the ridiculous use of the environmental set aside from the Scout Motors project or the Corridor if Shame that’s become something on the order of a giant ballroom on the order of Trumps “little addition”. Maybe she could look into lawyer legislator trial perks that no other state grants or…,

Hell Nancy, consult with Will’s associates at your former partnership in punditry. Dylan, Andy and Jenn could give you a list of far more important things to did than my alma mater’s DEI stupidity – though that could use reigning in as well.

There been a quiet Winthrop poll that just put Mace and Evette tied at 17 and 16 percent and Wilson at a 7.

Sorry,

Rep Norman received an 8 and AG Wilson a 7.8 so they both tied.

State Senetor Kimbrell got a 3.4

What a joke. Democrats are actually in Washington every day. Republicans are sitting on their ass at home all to protect Trump from the Epstein files. Democrats have said the only thing they require to reopen the government is the extension of the ACA subsidies. If those are not extended, millions of Americans, including 600,000 people in South Carolina, will see their health insurance premiums double. Many will not be able to afford that and will lose their health insurance. But Republicans don’t give a damn about real middle-class people. If they can’t afford care, let them die, they have said it before, and they still believe it. MAGA Christians all.

According to the CBO, it will cost about 325 billion to extend the subsidies for ten years. That is a tiny fraction of Trump’s billionaire tax cuts, not to mention the 40 billion he is giving to Argentina, which would fund the subsidies for over a year.

So here is a simple solution. Extend the ACA Subsidies, and the government reopens. Then release the Epstein files. 70% of Americans agree with this approach. But Trump loyalists are terrified of what is in the Epstein files, and don’t give a crap if Americans die to keep those files secret.

This is all kabuki theatre. Until there is a serious house-clearing in the USC board of trustees and all the college dean- level leadership, which then translates downward into faculty hirings, USC is simply going to bide their time until a democrat gets elected into the White House, and then immediately go back to their true Maoist cultural revolution roots, western degenerate style.

The same educrats at USC who pushed DIE are still on cushy 200k$ jobs – they have just gone dark and nobody, including BOT or President are going to do something about it . A little exercise: count the gender of all the candidates that were finalists for senior admin jobs and compare that number to those actually hired by Donna while she was provost. It will show that great candidates were not hired bc they were white males and didn’t come from Virginia. the irony: the same people who pushed you to advocate for social justice warriors in STEM or math proposals are the same ones going through all proposals now to ensure no wrong wording is in them, actually reversing statements and claiming that no gender or social aspects are mentioned. The new proxy for DIE now is ‚ first generation students ‚ as if that can outweigh mat and critical thinking skills and is some badge of honor. I was criticized in a recent meeting for using the word meritocracy. The old ideology is still there- just hiding waiting to reemerge. Don’t kid yourself. uSC will in a heartbeat go back to the old ways if they can get away with it.
