In other news “The Justice Department has hired Jared Wise as a senior adviser. Wise faced multiple criminal charges due to his presence at the Jan. 6 Capitol riot and is heard in video from the riot calling law enforcement Nazis and yelling “kill them” repeatedly. Wise pleaded not guilty but was never put on trial due to President Trump’s pardons.”

Haha. Will is never going to write about stuff like that. He is terrified of crossing the Dear Leader. He is only big and brave when he criticizes local politicians no one has ever heard of. Or the judiciary, who he knows cannot respond.

Seems like a witch hunt just to get a gay person fired to me. I don’t really see an issue with what was posted in the classroom. And the violent comics were on a personal account, and without context of the story it’s impossible to tell if it’s glorifies the violence or not. The character in the comic certainly seems like a villain, so I’m not sure how it’s promoting violence.
They have highest per capita of mass shootings and suicides.
I’d say we, the taxpayers take her out of the classroom and put her on the frontlines with our military.

Administration in that school/district is way out of touch…and when you get this out of touch about educating children and keeping them safe, it’s past retirement time.

Where do people find the time for this? Are all the parents unemployed? Makes me so grateful that my own parents were normal people with actual lives and interests, back when parents were too busy actually working real jobs to sit on their asses and scroll Instagram all day. No idea how these people expect their children to get an education when they’re constantly getting the teachers suspended and fired because of their own paranoid delusions. Very bizarre behavior. Some of these parents would benefit from a stay in the mental hospital to cure their social media addictions. . .

I hope you are not a parent. According to you “parents should try getting a hobby instead of stalking a teacher and jumping at their own shadows”. Are you serious? The number one job of a parent is to protect their children and I am sorry a teacher who is non-binary, trans, gay, they and them cannot teach my child anything. Especially one that draws satanic violent pictures in their spare time.
My understanding is that the comics were a part of their college program in sequential art. Part of the program required the usage of social media. You cannot demonize people for things like this. You are literally judging a teacher on everything but teaching. Everything didn’t magically disappear. Its likely they didn’t think about the possibility of students finding their social media and when it was brought to their attention they locked everything down to prevent that. This coverage will always be out there for these students to find… and that leads into parents making the choice to use internet safety in their homes. Parental locks on devices are not a for sure thing but they do catch most of what is out there. Parents also have to remember that teachers are not the only exposure your child has to things like Sexuality, Gender Identity, and violence. What matters is what we as Parents do in those moments when out children come home with questions or just talk about their day and something you deem “inappropriate” comes up. We choose to have age appropriate discussions withoutlr kids starting with “Well what do you think that means?” Or “Well what do you think about that?” To find out what their understanding already is.
If I were local law enforcement, I would be keeping a REAL close eye on this person. Trans shootings in schools are a thing recently, and she’s got plenty of “motive” now.
How stupid are the admins at this school not to have vetted this person?

You have genders and then you have presentation. they are not the same. Not bowing to the agenda of the LGBTQ+ community who believe everyone else is required to validate them is not hate, phobia or anything but the statement that your insecurity in your own skin is not my issue.
