GOP PRESIDENTIAL FRONTRUNNER BOYCOTTING NETWORK …
|| By FITSNEWS || The high-stakes war between Donald Trump and Fox News – America’s so-called “conservative” cable news network – is back on.
Trump announced via Twitter his intention to boycott the network – which has been leading the campaign against his candidacy – because it continues to treat him “very unfairly.”
“Fox News has been treating me very unfairly (and) I have therefore decided that I won’t be doing any more Fox shows for the foreseeable future,” Trump tweeted.
The network quickly responded that it canceled on Trump, not the other way around.
“At 11:45 a.m. today, we canceled Donald Trump’s scheduled appearance on The O’Reilly Factor on Thursday, which resulted in Mr. Trump’s subsequent tweet about his ‘boycott’ of Fox News,” a network spokesperson told CNN.
“When coverage doesn’t go his way, he engages in personal attacks on our anchors and hosts, which has grown stale and tiresome,” the Fox News spokesperson continued. “He doesn’t seem to grasp that candidates telling journalists what to ask is not how the media works in this country.”
Trump’s campaign bristled at the criticism – saying he stood by his statement.
“As a candidate for President of the United States and the definitive front runner in every poll, both nationally and state wide, including the just released poll in the state of Florida, Mr. Trump expects to be treated fairly,” a statement from his campaign noted. “All you have to do is look at the tremendous ratings last night from the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, where Mr. Trump was the guest, or the ratings from both debates, to fully understand the facts.”
Our take?
Criticism is a two-way street … and the corporate-owned, special interest-fed mainstream media had better get used to that. Frankly, we love it that there is finally a candidate with the money, popular support and testicular fortitude to tell the media to go f*ck itself.

If he is going to pitch a fit with every news channel that have guests on who criticize him – he isn’t going to be on TV much. And that seems to be his bitch with Fox and that his ego is still blistering over Megyn Kelly. Commentators on CNN and MSNBC go after him more harshly than what I’ve see on Fox.
