We’ve never subscribed to DirecTV nor are we ever likely subscribe to DirecTV. We’ll probably just continue to watch cable until we become one of those “Zero TV” households.
Having said that, we do appreciate DirecTV’s advertising campaign starring 22-year-old Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Hannah Davis as the home entertainment provider’s “genie.”
A native of the Virgin Islands, Davis was a regular Ralph Lauren model who also made appearances in Gaultier and Victoria’s Secret ads prior to hitting the big time with SI and DirecTV.
In addition to her professional notoriety, she’s also the latest in a string of attractive model/ celebrities to date New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter.
How’s that working out for the 38-year-old ballplayer? Well he’s out until the All-Star break (at least) with an injured left ankle, but our guess is the 13-time All-Star and five-time World Series champion is feeling no pain …
