If SC GOP and voters fail to primary Lindsey Graham, as I did in 2020, I will vote for the Democrat. Will the Democrat represent me or my interests? Hell no, but neither will Lindsey. I would rather have a card carrying Democrat that you know what to expect from, than a Democrat posing as a Republican.
Just what we need, a neophyte making meaningless big promises:
“protect Social Security and Medicare,” Uhm, neither is under any real threat except that we continue to age…
“lower prices on groceries and prescription drugs” Republicans are already doing that Lee, without help from your party!
“fight to provide affordable health care.” you mean like Obamacare, where the average cost of medical insurance premiums doubled?
“work to ban members of congress from trading stocks.” Yeah that’s doable, after you get rid of Pelosi.. Most of the top 50 richest members of congress made their money before they became congressmen. Notable exceptions are “the turtle” (Mitch McConnell (he got an in family gift of $20,000,000)), 3 of the top ten congressman who got rich “in office are republicans, the other 7 are all Dems and they hold positions 1-4, and 6-8.
