Former U.S. president Donald Trump will appear at a gathering of conservative moms this summer, according to a news release from the organization. Trump becomes the fourth Republican presidential hopeful to commit to the upcoming Moms for Liberty “Joyful Warriors” summit – which is being held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from June 29 – July 2, 2023.
Florida governor Ron DeSantis, former United Nations ambassador Nikki Haley and Ohio entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy have all previously committed to attend the event.
“We are honored to have president Donald Trump attending the summit this year,” Moms for Liberty co-founders Tiffany Justice and Tina Descovich said in a statement. “President Trump has been vocal in supporting parental rights, particularly as he creates his policies for the upcoming campaign. We are excited for our parents to more fully understand the role parental rights will play in the upcoming election. We appreciate the president’s willingness to fight for us and we look forward to having him rally our members in Philadelphia in a few weeks.”
Based in Melbourne, Florida, Moms for Liberty boasts an estimated 70,000 members. Formed in January of 2021, the group is “dedicated to fighting for the survival of America by unifying, educating and empowering parents to defend their parental rights at all levels of government.”

As I have previously reported, Moms for Liberty has been extremely active – and extremely successful – in early-voting South Carolina. Just last week, two of the group’s Palmetto State leaders – Tara Wood and April Coleman – were featured in a big spread in The Wall Street Journal.
“The group, which didn’t exist during the 2020 race, has become the loudest voice advocating for greater parental involvement in schools,” Journal reporter Eliza Collins wrote. “Members are helping shape a new education platform for the Republican Party in 2024.”
South Carolina boasts twenty county-level chapters of the organization (the Palmetto State has a total of 46 counties). Early-voting Iowa has six county-level chapters (out of 99 counties) while New Hampshire has two chapters (out of ten counties).
Moms for Liberty is promoting its Philadelphia event as an opportunity to “unify, educate, and empower parents across the country to defend their parental rights and advocate for change within the public school system.”

King Grift meets with the Griftettes, what a collab.
Wouldn’t Trump be more comfortable attending a Mom’s Demand Action rally? They seem more in line with his policies.
“Moms for Liberty”? But against the American right to read any book, anytime. John Birch Society in drag.
“prominent parental rights organization”?
Nope. MFL is a far, faaaaar right-wing extremist group funded by billionaires.
MFL are anti-free speech, bigots who want to force their crazy, backwards views on all Americans. They will fail because they are kooks. And why are Mom’s inviting a proven sexual abuser to do anything? Total nutcases.
Will Folks claims to be for free-speech, but it’s an obvious lie. He just another right-wing extremists and convicted woman beater. Scum.
So “Moms for Liberty” is really a billionare-funded astroturf organization whose primary aim is to destroy public schools. Note the anti-education rant that right-wing types have been pushing in recent years. It’s wrapped up into, “Who needs a college education” crowd and that’s amusing, considering most of the media pushers of this BS are usually college-educated with a significant percentage who attended Ivy League schools. And if defunding public schools doesn’t work, they’ll just happily sit by as the next “I need my gun for emotional support” type runs through the schools and unalives the kids. Meanwhile, their upper-crust brats are being educated in private schools which should be illegal if you sit on a public school board. The good news is that these people are usually so dumb that the boards they are trying to take over usually expose them for what they truly are. But oh yes, Will out here pushing this crap like it’s a real movement, we know how much he pushes the whole “charter” school schemes.
The Karen’s of Konservative Kancel culture: inadvertently getting the Bible banned from school libraries across the Country!

They already have the right to parent their own children. Why do they think they have the right to parent MY children??? Their definition of “Liberty” is waaaayyyyyyyy different than mine.
