AGAIN …

A 51-year-old Myrtle Beach, S.C. man was busted impersonating an agent of the S.C. State Law Enforcement Division (SLED).

Joseph Michael DePace was charged with one count of impersonating a law enforcement officer, a misdemeanor which could land him in prison for up to one year (and a fine of $500).

This is the second time this year DePace has been charged with impersonating a cop …

The most recent charges stem from a May 2015 traffic stop.  Two weeks ago, DePace was charged with the same count in connection with a March 2015 traffic stop.

What is the penalty for impersonating a journalist?

lol…mean but funny, that being said he’s broken far more important stories than any other bonafide(ahem) “journalist” in state for the last 5 years.

Sic, I’ll come back and amend that post, which is unfair to you and Fitsnews, and apologize for my selfish, silliness for posting it….

Are you referring to (a) those giggling, high-pitched, squealing ‘babes’ who do remote TV reports, or (b) those studio dummies who speak like they are holding hot chili peppers in their mouths while they mumble their unintelligible reports?

This is scary! I just realized that any of us who hsve never investigated, much less prosecuted, a corrupt politician in SC could easily be accused of imprrsonating a SLED agent.

Jealous Prison Guard. I bet you applied with SLED. Im sure you will have something smart to say but deep down you will always know that you were just a prison guard.

No dumbass, I was more than a prison guard, but I have not chosen to share that with you. Being a prison guard (or C/O, although I didn’t embrace the euphemism game as much as many did) was only one facet early in my career.

“The most recent charges stem from a May 2015 traffic stop.”

It’s been a slow news year.

I once impersonated a cop in a movie theater.

There was a young black gentleman(late teens/early twenties) that must have been on drugs with a few friends of his being more than the typical black “whoop it up in a theater” mode. He was literally bouncing up and down in his seat while almost to the point of screaming.

An older couple sitting behind them asked him if he could try to be a little more restrained in the nicest way possible and he turned around and said “Fuck you, shut the fuck up.” and proceeded to carry on.

I got up from a few rows back, walked over to him and his buddies told him I was an off duty cop and asked him what his problem was. He didn’t answer, he immediately shut up and his two friends said, “He won’t be a problem any more officer.” and that was that.

I didn’t hear a peep for the rest of the movie. Can’t say I regret my crime.

I once happened across a short story in the newspaper that an oddball I vaguely knew in HS a decade before was just arrested at another HS for impersonating a narcotics officer. Something just tugs at these kooks.

Does this mean TBG should stop wearing his “FBI(Female Body Inspector)” baseball cap in public?

Actually, I would think you would be wearing an “FBI” (Flat Broke Indian) baseball cap …..
