So this just in … back from his vacation on Martha’s Vineyard, U.S. president Barack Obama took his Teleprompter for a spin in Charlotte, N.C. In a speech to the American Legion’s national convention, Obama offered up a vision of America starkly at odds with reality.
Ready for an overdose of “American exceptionalism?” Obama has got you covered …
“The United States is better positioned to lead in the 21st century than any nation on Earth,” Obama told convention attendees. “It’s not even close. We have the most powerful military in history. That’s certainly not close. From Europe to Asia, our alliances are unrivaled. Our economy is the most dynamic. We’ve got the best workers. We’ve got the best businesses. We have the best universities and the best scientists.”
(Sarcasm warning) Is everybody feeling this guy or what? Oh hell yeah! Never mind those pesky income levels. Or that super shrinking workforce.
Of course Obama – or at least his reality-challenged Teleprompter – was just getting warmed up.
After days of letting his underlings fearmonger on foreign policy, Obama decided it was time to play the “moral obligation” card.
“Nobody else can do what we do,” he said. “No other nation does more to underwrite the security and prosperity on which the world depends. In times of crisis, no other nation can rally such broad coalitions to stand up for international norms and peace. In times of disaster, no other nation has the capabilities to deliver so much so quickly. No nation does more to help citizens claim their rights and build their democracies. No nation does more to help people in the far corners of the Earth escape poverty and hunger and disease and realize their dignity.”
Ummmm … okay. But what about Detroit? Or rural South Carolina? Or Ferguson?
Check yourself, fool … Obama ain’t talking ’bout those places. He’s in “We are the World” mode.
“Even countries that criticize us, when the chips are down and they need help, they know who to call,” Obama continued. “They call us.”
Well … yeah. Because we’re dumb enough to keep bankrupting our future generations on a never-ending stream of sh*t that isn’t our problem.
“That’s what American leadership looks like,” Obama added. “It’s why the United States is and will remain the one indispensable nation in the world.”

A house divied upon itself cannot stand. FITS you cannot conveniently tell the truth about Obama failure, then bash the remedy, or lay w/ the people who perpetuate him.

Obama’s speech was pretty much crap, but this is one of the more painful write-ups I’ve read on this site in a while.
For all these years 0bama has been “I, me, mine” and I haven’t heard him say anything about how great the USA is, now with Democrats in serious danger of losing Congressional seats (House and Senate) he comes on like Reagan talking about how wonderful the US is. I do believe this would work as a good example of hypocrisy.

I am so glad that Barrack Hussien Obama is our president and commander in chief of our country. He is my Lord God. I pray to him that he will guide our country through the mess the Republicans have created.

What Obama is doing is not spending any time with his Tranny boyfriend, Michelle.
On a more somber, and sober note, let’s put events into proper perspective. In the years 2009-10 Democrats controlled the White House, the House of Representatives, and the US Senate. For the first 18 months policy was spend, spend, spend. The last six months was marked by fear of losing the House. When this fear materialized into abject fact, the lame duck session of Congress was spent passing a repeal of “don’t ask, don’t tell” and the Affordable Care Act both signed the week before Christmas 2010. And such are the results in 2014 that Democrats insist in reminding us of how great we were.
The results?
The deficit tripled in 2009 to 1.4 trillion dollars. In 2010, our deficit was 1.3 trillion dollars. Democrats bailed out Wall Street and spent 320 billion dollars on stimulus packages to get America working to refresh your wine soaked memory. Actual unemployment then was 16%. Today, unemployment sits at just under 25%. The Civilian labor force participation rate sat at 66% at the end of 2008. Today, the Civilian labor force participation rate sits well below 63%
The US military is being feminized thanks to homosexual officers being promoted and warriors being fired. Retired Army Maj. Gen. Patrick Brady says that the attack on high level military personnel is so great that it has now obliterated the morale of troops at large, but is more importantly centered in terminating any high level individual that will not go along with Oblowme’s plans. Recently, 1,100 Army Captains and 100 Army Majors were purged. In all since Oblowme took command, 10 percent of flag and general officer positions worldwide, and 20 percent of headquarters positions at the Pentagon and top operational combatant commands have been purged.
So, please put down that glass of cheap wine and wake up. This not a laughing matter to pish posh away.
Sounds like Charleston Mayor Riley’s speech – prior to the horrible death of 9 Chas Fire Fighters – that the Charleston’s City Fire Dept was “2nd to none.” Then all the investigative reports came out after those tragic deaths, citing dozens of very serious issues.
And the republicans have done……….nothing.

Next Week, or soon thereafter, Obama announces amnesty for at least 3 to 5 million illegal cockroaches. If the Godzillions of anti-illegal post and comments all across the internet mean anything, it will surely set off the public at large into likely acts of violence directed at pro amnesty politicians and the like.
Think of it this way. Mexicans and Central Americans are replacing blacks. That is the establishment’s rationale, not mine.
Nah…no riots nationally yet…Cletus bitches, then gets a Big Mac and gulps down a diet Pepsi, Shaniqua bitches then goes to KFC and sips a Fanta…then they both go home, get in bed…and show up at work the next day.
Only when enough of them don’t have work and/or don’t get access to fast food do either of them get angry enough to do some violence.
I disagree with about everything President Obama says or stands for, but whenever fits criticizes Obama, I find myself agreeing with Obama. Go figure.
